  • Finca Son Capellet es una encantadora propiedad situada en el corazón de Mallorca, rodeada de naturaleza y con vistas privilegiadas al Puig de Bonany. Se encuentra a solo 4 km de Petra y a pocos minutos en coche de Manacor, Sineu y las playas de Can Picafort y Son Serra de Marina, lo que la convierte en un punto ideal para disfrutar de la tranquilidad sin renunciar a los servicios y atractivos de la zona.



    La finca destaca por su espectacular espacio exterior, con un gran jardín, árboles altos que ofrecen sombra natural y una piscina privada de 11 x 8 metros (88 m²) rodeada de cómodas tumbonas. También dispone de una amplia terraza con zona de barbacoa, perfecta para disfrutar del clima mallorquín al aire libre.



    El interior combina un estilo rural y acogedor con todas las comodidades modernas.

    La casa cuenta con 5 dormitorios, todos con baño en suite, aire acondicionado y calefacción por bomba de calor para la temporada baja. 1 dormitorio con cama doble 4 dormitorios con camas individuales.



    El salón dispone de chimenea, aire acondicionado, tres sofás, televisión vía satélite y wifi, que cubre toda la casa.



    La cocina está totalmente equipada con nevera, congelador, horno, microondas, lavavajillas, cafetera, tostadora, hervidor de agua y utensilios de cocina.



    Son Capellet se sitúa en un entorno muy tranquilo, ideal para descansar. En el cercano pueblo de Petra encontrarán restaurantes y supermercados, y en Villafranca podrán visitar su mercado semanal. Las playas del este de Mallorca están a menos de 20 minutos en coche.

We enjoyed this romantic, spacious house with garden and pool. It's located in the middle of nature, really beautiful but we advise to bring an ant killer spray because it's not in the house! Son Capellet is only a short distance by car from Petra, which is a lovely village, for your first groceries.

This is a wonderful Villa, with lots of space, privacy and very peaceful

This is a wonderful Villa, with lots of space, privacy and very peaceful. Teresa was an amazing host, always quick to respond to questions and very helpful with taxi’s, restaurants, etc. Food can be provided on order and we had pizzas one night and paella’s another. All was really good, and great value.

Es wurde immer schnell auf Nachrichten reagiert. Die Unterkunft ist wie beschrieben. Es ist in einer sehr ruhigen Lage. Alles andere ist mit dem Auto sehr gut zu erreichen. Der große Pool ist natürlich das Highlight in der Unterkunft.

Ruhige Villa mit großem Pool

Schöne, sehr geräumige Villa in ruhiger, naturnaher Lage im Zentrum Mallorcas. Mit dem Auto ist der nächste Supermarkt in etwa 15 Minuten erreichbar. Der große Pool und die gute Ausstattung haben uns besonders gefallen. Teresa war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und die Kommunikation verlief unkompliziert. Insgesamt können wir die Villa weiterempfehlen. Einziger Kritikpunkt war die Klimaanlage. In einigen Schlafzimmern hat sie leider nicht ausreichend gekühlt, wodurch es nachts sehr warm war.

Finca ist wie beschrieben, einfach super und in einer ruhigen Gegend

Finca ist wie beschrieben, einfach super und in einer ruhigen Gegend. Natürlich auch weiter entfernt von Palma oder dem Ballermann, aber genauso wollten wir es als Gruppe. Für alle mehr als genug Platz und Badezimmer für jedes Schlafzimmer. Pool schön groß und alles stets sauber. Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat immer schnell geantwortet. Einzig mehr Handtücher hätten wir uns gewünscht. Unterkunft absolut empfehlenswert, würden wir jederzeit wieder buchen.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa à Majorque

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette villa à Majorque. Le soleil était au rendez-vous tous les jours, et la piscine, agréablement chaude, a été un vrai bonheur. La maison était impeccable, très propre et parfaitement adaptée aux grandes familles. Tout est prévu pour passer un séjour confortable : la cuisine est très bien équipée, le barbecue est pratique, le lave-linge est un vrai plus, et tous les ustensiles nécessaires sont à disposition. La villa est idéalement située pour découvrir facilement les différents coins de Majorque. Enfin, nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec l’intendante, qui a été très réactive, disponible et agréable tout au long du séjour. Nous recommandons cette villa sans hésiter et y reviendrions avec plaisir !

We had a wonderful stay at this finca in Mallorca. The surroundings are absolutely beautiful, with stunning nature all around—it’s the perfect escape if you’re looking to relax and disconnect. The house itself is very spacious and tastefully decorated, making it ideal for spending time with friends or family. Everything felt comfortable and thoughtfully arranged. Communication with the host was excellent throughout our stay—friendly, responsive, and very helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience that we would happily recommend.

We loved staying at Son Capellet

We loved staying at Son Capellet. We spent a lot of time in and around the pool. There were plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to hangout. There were handy beach parasols we used for excursions to the beach and inflatables for the pool. All the rooms were en-suite with effective air-con. A couple more kitchen utensils and cookware would have been helpful but it wasn’t really an issue and we got by. The area was very private and centrally located on the island. This was convenient for us to drive to different parts of the island for day trips and the supermarkets were only a 15min drive away. We could hear loud music during the day from the neighbouring rental house. Nothing to be done about that but just be aware that there is another house with their own pool nearby, but not close enough to ruin the privacy. Teresa was very helpful and friendly both on check-in and check-out. We would definitely return here.
