Daybreak Cottage

We had a great time in Harbor Springs and loved staying at Daybreak Cottage . The location was perfect for us and Kim was a great host. We liked being so close to downtown and the beach we had everything we needed in the cottage. We will definitely be returning.

Great location, clean owner great to work with

Third time staying at Daybreak and met all expectations again. Great location a block from Main Street and all the shopping. House clean and ready for us when we arrived. Easy checkin/access with owner supplying door code. House has been updated and all the amenities you need. Kim great to work with and checked in with us by text a couple times. Highly recommend and will e renting again next year

Cute house in a great location!

Kim's cottage is beautiful and the location is perfect for enjoying downtown Harbor Springs. The cottage is also stocked with everything you need to enjoy your stay. We will definitely be coming back!

Great house and location

3 couples that have been coming to HS for 30 years. This was our second stay and the house met all our expectations again. Great location a block from the main st. House was clean and had everything we needed. Awesome porch to hang out on for happy hour. Kim is great to work with and was easy to contact when needed

Great location in Harbor Springs!

The house was adorable with its nautical decor and top quality appliances. Made us really feel at home. We loved the fact that we could walk to all the restaurants and shops and that parking was a breeze. Kim was very responsive to our needs.

Amazing Harbor Trip during Covid

This would have been my 5th summer in Harbor Springs with friends but due to Covid, we rented separate homes. I am so happy we rented Kim's house. My fiance, his duaghter, myself and my parents thought the house was lovely. The rooms are large and the main floor high ceilings were fantastic as well as the updated kitchen. The location is so good and we love have coffere and of course happy hour on the front porch too. I would certainly come back and rent again! Thank you for taking such pride in your home.

Such a charming home and location!

We loved our time in this home. It was the perfect location and walkable to the water, restaurants, and shops. The street and neighborhood was quiet so we could really enjoy the big front porch. The host provided amazing amenities like games, beach towels, coffee, yoga mats, etc. It was the perfect space for our group!

Delightful and thoughtful details

This sweet home was spot on for us as our base location while we explored a few parts of Northern Michigan. Location is perfect, quiet yet a block from town and water. Loved seeing the Tunnel of Trees and stopping at the Legs Inn. Every detail in your home was perfect...you have thought through everything. My go-to items all provided: coffee, cookies, tide pods, body wash, crisp white sheets and fluffy white towels. Thank you for being so gracious, and accommodating our family so last minute!

Gorgeous, updated home perfect for Groups

This home is even nicer than the photos. Comfortable beds, new bathrooms, and luxury kitchen. Lots of room for groups to lounge both inside and out on the front porch. This house is within a stones throw to Main Street and the waterfront, making for a perfect home base to enjoy Harbor Springs. We will be booking this spot again in the future!

Such a charming house!

Such a well-kept and charming home! Better than the pictures! The house was clean, tidy, and comfortable. Little touches such as fresh flowers, microwave popcorn, beach towels/bags, gift cards for in-town businesses, and games made our stay extra special. Everything in town is easily walkable, including the beach. Highly recommend!

Favorite Place - Harbor Springs

Harbor Springs is just a sweet town, we love it here. There is so much to do and enjoy. Staying at the Daybreak Cottage was a blessing. A home away from home for sure. No detail left undone. We will be back!

Awesome getaway!

Our family had a blast at Kim’s charming downtown cottage! It’s awesomely appointed, had everything we needed for a comfortable stay, and you can’t beat the location!! We strolled with our cooler to the beach (just a 2 block walk) everyday. It was perfect. We will definitely be back!

Best Kept Secret in Harbor Springs!

This is an absolute darling cottage in downtown Harbor Springs! Walking distance to EVERYTHING! Completely updated inside. All the amenities without the "sticker shock". Kim is a delight to work with and very responsive. I highly recommend renting this cottage!!
