"SYAY HERE!!! We are on a forty-two day tour around Europe, and this was our favorite place to stay so far. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Jacques is one of those guys that just loves life and people. We loved getting started in the morning with breakfast in his garden. I am going to miss eating his homemade peach jelly on the most delicious French croissants and baguettes—and I do not even care for peaches much."

Normally hotels only take your credit card info but do not run a charge amount for a deposit, and we had already prepaid the entire hotel stay amount. "The Campanile Paris Clichy has the vibe of a hotel of a sharp downward trajectory. The rooms are outdated, and the shower room / toilet was not particularly clean. When we arrived there was only 1 towel and the shower gel dispenser was empty. We asked reception for a refill and another towel we were handed a box and had to do it ourselves. "Hotel is really easy to get to from CDG and within a 5 minute walk to a metro station with direct access to all amenities. The staff are amazing and accommodating and they kept the pool clean and the sauna at a very reasonable temperature Very easily recommended if your first time travelling and for couples looking for a lovely retreat"
