  • Casa Vinaria es una encantadora casa de campo toscana, situada en la tranquila campiña entre Lucca y el mar, rodeada de colinas onduladas y viñedos.
    La casa ha sido cuidadosamente reformada, conservando los materiales locales y el estilo tradicional toscano, con suelos de terracota y un ambiente cálido y acogedor.

    La casa, el jardín y la piscina son de uso exclusivo de los huéspedes; no hay espacios compartidos con otros visitantes.

    La ubicación es ideal para quienes buscan relajación, naturaleza y tranquilidad, sin dejar de estar cerca de las principales ciudades artísticas de la Toscana: Lucca, Pisa, Florencia y Siena.

    La casa está distribuida en una sola planta e incluye:
    Salón con cocina abierta
    Sofá cama doble en el salón
    Cocina totalmente equipada con placa de cocina, horno y nevera-congelador
    1 dormitorio con cama de matrimonio
    1 baño con ducha, WC y bidé

    Casa Vinaria está amueblada al estilo tradicional toscano, lo que crea un ambiente auténtico y acogedor.

    🌳 Zonas al aire libre y piscina

    La propiedad disfruta de sol desde el amanecer hasta el atardecer y es perfecta para disfrutar del aire libre.
    El jardín, muy bien cuidado y totalmente vallado, es ideal para familias y huéspedes que viajan con mascotas.

    La piscina privada de uso exclusivo (4,60 × 2,60 m), abierta de abril a octubre, te ofrece un refrescante respiro en los cálidos días de verano.
    Los huéspedes pueden disfrutar de:

    Precio diario: 40 € (tarifa especial).
    La tarifa habitual en la zona ronda los 60 € al día.
    Se recomienda reservar con antelación, sobre todo en temporada alta.

    🌿 Parco Naturale Serbacco

    Al pie de la colina se encuentra el Parco Naturale Serbacco, un parque tranquilo y con mucho encanto donde viven animales de granja como ponis, cabras tibetanas, tortugas, gansos y gallinas.
    El parque también cuenta con juegos de madera, juegos tradicionales, carruajes históricos y un teatro de marionetas, algo que las familias disfrutan especialmente.
    El parque está abierto al público, con más afluencia los fines de semana, pero sigue siendo un entorno natural tranquilo y bien integrado.

We had a wonderful stay and loved the cozy, quiet surrounding. The parc nearby was no problem at all. Only the mosquitos in summer were a little bit disturbing in the evening...

Schönes kleines Haus im toskanischen Stil

Wir waren 2 Wochen in diesem Häuschen, Alles in einem war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Allerdings ist die Dusche sehr klein (max. 70x70 cm) und der Pool wird nur einmal in der Woche (Samstag) gereinigt.

Wir haben diese Unterkunft über Expedia gebucht, da sie dort als ruhiger Erholungsort beschrieben wurde. Leider entsprach dies überhaupt nicht der Realität. Direkt neben der Unterkunft, nur etwa 20 Meter entfernt, befindet sich ein Freizeitpark. Täglich lief dort von 9:00 Uhr morgens bis etwa 22:30 Uhr abends sehr laute Musik. Von Ruhe oder Erholung konnte daher keine Rede sein. Wäre dieser Umstand in der Beschreibung auf Expedia erwähnt worden, hätten wir diese Unterkunft nicht gebucht. Auch das Badezimmer war enttäuschend. Die Dusche ist sehr klein und die Fliesen waren teilweise beschädigt. Der Swimmingpool machte ebenfalls keinen guten Eindruck. Das Wasser war kaum in Bewegung, wodurch sich der Pool schnell verschmutzte und nicht besonders hygienisch wirkte. Insgesamt entsprach die Unterkunft weder der Beschreibung auf Expedia noch unseren Erwartungen. Aus unserer Sicht sollten solche wesentlichen Informationen bereits in der Beschreibung angegeben werden, damit Gäste eine informierte Buchungsentscheidung treffen können. Aufgrund unserer Erfahrungen können wir die Unterkunft leider nicht weiterempfehlen.

Das Haus ist kleiner als beschrieben

Wir sind früher abgereist. Das Haus ist sehr klein und ungemütlich. Es gibt keine Fenster ausser die in der Haustür. Dadurch ist es sehr dunkel. Das Haus ist in einem Fels eingebaut dadurch ist sehr feucht.

Erholung pur

Kleines gemütliches Häuschen direkt neben einigen Weinbergen. Großzügiger Garten, toller Pool und sehr nette Gastgeber. Parkplatz am Haus vorhanden. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, haben jederzeit gute Restaurant Tipps bekommen und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Perfect private getaway near beautiful Lucca & surroundings. Albeit a small house, just big enough for 3, the location is excellent and the terrace & terrains spacious. Mimi was a pleasant host to deal with. Recommended!

Goede keuze maar dringende herstellingswerken nodig

Te veel defekten : gordijnen gingen niet meer dicht . Het gasfornuis werk één op de twee keer niet . De tegels in de badkamer zijn kapot, reuk vorming. Het water in de afwasbak loopt nooit volledig weg . De aanduiding voor het vinden van de woonst is niet aanwezig.deze woonst is zijn prijsstelling niet waard

Propriété magnifiquement située parmi les vignes et les oliviers.Les photos reflètent la réalité avec une propreté irréprochable.Mimicha et sa famille sont très à l'écoute de leurs hôtes!Un tout grand MERCI à son papa!!! Une semaine de bonheur total!TROP COURT.on reviendra,c'est sûr!!!!!

une petite villa confortable située dans un endroit très reposant , le site est très joli, les propriétaires sont sympas et serviables, le village est à moins de 1 kilomètre, on y trouve de tout pour le ravitaillement. nous avons passé un très agréable séjour

Great location and very nice place to stay for 2.

This place is on a quiet, sunny hillside overlooking a small golf area and beside vineyards. It is close to the town (but a bit further than described - more like 1.5km). The accommodation is quite small but perfect for the two of us as we spend most time outside anyway. It has pretty much everything you would need. The pool is small but I'm not a swimmer, so ideal to cool off. The town is a little odd - the large supermarket is 'hidden' down a track behind a small Fruit & Veg shop. Both the bar and pizzeria restaurant 'Alpino' don't look great from the front, but both are actually really nice 'behind the scenes'!

Excellent house for an optimal price to quality relation

What you see on the advertising photos is what you get or better together whit a friendly host. The house and garden are very well equipped and everything is working perfect. Very important in the summer of 2018: the air conditioning is heat wave resistant. We very appreciated the welcome package and the home delivered brioches on Sunday morning. The location is quite and near the village. Lucca only 15 minutes away. For the hobby cooks: you never find a better equipped kitchen in vacation house for 4 persons.

Parfait!

Une location qui correspond exactement à la description. Parfait pour passer de bons moments au calme, à une trentaine de minutes de la mer. Nous avons pu profiter avec notre fils de 6 ans du jardin, de la piscine et d'une bonne literie! Nous avons visité Lucca, Viarregio et sa superbe plage "libre", les carrière de marbre de Carrare... La propriétaire est très attentionnée et le jardinier très sympathique. Bref, une très bonne adresse!

Beautiful situated holiday location

This tiny holiday house is a perfect place for 2 people to discover Lucca and the beautiful area around Lucca. The appartment with small pool is located on a vineyard and has a nice terras with a beautiful view on the surrounding hills. The house itself is small but okay for 2 people and contains all necessary equipment, even a washing machine. If a dishwasher was to be added the house would be complete. Enjoying the warm weather the last 2 weeks we can certainly recommend this holiday home.

Idyllisches und gepflegtes Apartment

Lage ist für italienische Verhältnisse recht zentral. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und gepflegt. Auch der Garten und der Pool waren eine Bereicherung. Die Vermieterin war wirklich sehr nett und hat uns tolle Tipps für Restaurants geben können. Rund um ein gelungener Urlaub und wir würden wieder kommen.

Sehr schön und einsam gelegen

Auto ist ein muss. Parkplatz direkt am Haus. Bis Lucca sind es 10min. Sehr leckere Eisdiele "Silvia" direkt in der Nähe. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Nette Vermieterin.

Absolutely fabulous gem of a place

Far better than expected/imagined. So rustic and cute. Pool is fab, just enough to cool off in and enjoy the fantastic view. Peaceful, idyllic, perfect place to relax. Wanted to take the marble kitchen sink home with me. Will def book again for another week's holiday. Loved it.

SMALL SWEET CASA WITH ALL YOU NEED PERFECT

We stay 14 Days in this nice and sweet and cleaning Casa. With the coordinates from the owner and a perfect Navigation you find the casa without any Problems. A car is very helpfully. The perfect stay for relaxing. All you need is to find there. Bedroom, bathroom, kitchenette, TV (but only 1 German Programm), WiFi and so on... A Little small pool for refreshing. The owner are very nice, friendly, respectable and helpfully. Thanks a lot for very nice 14 days. Best regeards. Petra und Thorsten

A fantastic introduction to Tuscany

This was our first trip to Tuscany, and we hit the jackpot in choosing Casa Vinaria. There are a small number of properties scattered around the estate, seperated by hedges and trees to give complete privacy. It really is one of the most beautiful places in which we have stayed, and we most certainly return. The Owners were very helpful and friendly and maintain the extensive grounds to a very high standard. Lucca and Pisa are both within easy reach and well worth visiting.

Unforgettable......

We stayed in the villa for 14 days and enjoyed every moment. The house is comfortable, clean and has a good atmosphere. Mimi was very helpful and friendly The property is well maintained and the pool is clean and refreshing. We spent most of the time outside in the garden and enjoyed the view into the valley and the sun. The garden is quite and offers a lot of privacy. Hassle-free vacation for the whole family. We will come back.

Peace and quietness under the warming sun

Casa vinara is a beautiful house located next to the vineyard of the family. The house has everything you want and need for a pleasant stay in Italy. The house was perfectly maintained and very clean. The bed and cousians were perfect The swimming pool is located a bit further from the house. Thanks to high bushes it is a complete private pool. The house stays in the shadows during the day so it stays nice and cool inside. I already miss lying in the evening sun and enjoying the nice wine the family produces. After a small accident the shower wall broke during the stay. The owners were really helpful in providing all the necessary information. (I'm still so sorry Mimi).
