We really enjoyed our one week stay at this property. The building is historical and there is a lovely coffee shop and pizzeria on the bottom floor. Well-appointed with most of the everyday items one would need. Wonderful restaurants around, great shops, and we took in a play at the theatre across the street. Host was very responsive and we would absolutely stay here again.

We were so impressed by this space located in the heart of Perth. We were in town for a family wedding and the location was central and within walking distance of cafes/ restaurants/ shops and the venue (Code's Mill). Conveniently, it is located in the same building as the well established Coutt's Cafe. The stairs were definitely not as challenging as I anticipated and my 80 year old parents navigated them without issue. The space was clean, modern, spacious and had everything we needed. I very much appreciated the "fire escape" alternate exit as well. We cannot recommend this VRBO rental enough and will be renting again in the future.

We loved Perth and this property being in a historical building on the main shopping street made it the perfect location for us. The canal and park nearby are a must to see.

I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely perfect this rental was. The location was right in the heart of downtown Perth and everything within walking distance. The modern decor, spaciousness, cleanliness,coziness and comfort made it a memorable stay and a place will will rent again in the future and can highly recommend.

Check in process was easy. Accommodations were quite adequate, very clean and spacious. Lots of dishes, etc in kitchen area. No parking available on site. Outside trains and traffic somewhat noisy. Overall, nice spot.

This loft apartment was the PERFECT space for my stay in Perth. It was very conveniently located in the heart of downtown, near shops, parks, water, and restaurants (including a fabulous coffee shop that was a fantastic stop for morning coffee!). I was in town to assist with a family wedding, which was taking place at the Crystal Palace pavilion, so it was incredible to be so close to where I needed to be over the few days I was in town. There were a couple of details from the posting that needed to be updated for clarity, but they were fairly minor, and the owner was quick to respond. I would DEFINITELY return here again, and look forward to my next trip to Perth!

The Sheriff's Quarters is right in the Town so in the perfect spot for shopping and dining as well as the parks and river trail. The accommodation itself is lovely, very clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend for a couples getaway.

Cute suite in perfect location

Stayed 2 nights for a small library conference. The location was ideal: just across the canal from the library and right downtown. There was some initial confusion with the key code in our welcome email, but the property manager responded to our concerns immediately and sorted us out. We would definitely stay gete again.
