The Scarborough Beach House - 500m from the Beach

Enjoy our large spacious townhouse located ONLY 500m (5min walk) to the beach, shops, bars, restaurant, cafes, gyms, local pool and more!

This home is ideal for families all ages traveling!

Fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms with everything you need. Along with baby supplies, beach cabana, beach towels, beach chairs, picnic rugs, kid's toys, games and more.

Main room: King Bed
Second Bedroom: Queen Bed & Single Trundle Bed
Third Bedroom: Queen Bed
Lounge Room: Pull Down Queen Bed

The Scarborough Beach House is a large two-story townhouse in a family friendly complex with 14 other townhouses.

We strictly do not accept partying or loud socalising.

The Scarborough Beach house is listed on other platforms and books out quiet quickly. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact the host. :)

Here is what we offer....
3 very large bedrooms all located upstairs.

The main bedroom has a king size bed, split system air-conditioning/heating, cycling fan, large en-suite with a shower and spa bath. This room can also have the single trundle bed or cot set up in if required.

The second bedroom is very spacious with a queen size bed and a single trundle bed set up. It is comfortable all year round with a cycling fan & portable heater. This room has a front balcony attached. This room can also have a cot set up in if required.

The third bedroom has a queen size bed, cycling fan, portable heater, kid's games, board games for the whole family and toys available.

All bedrooms have a 3-door glass mirror wardrobe with hanging space and spare blankets if needed.

Our living room has a queen size wall bed available to be set up in the lounge room to sleep up to 9 guests. Air-conditioning and heading also available in this area to sleep comfortably.

Portable cots available on request.

The main bathroom is located upstairs with a shower, toilet and basin. All bathrooms have soaps, moisturiser, toiletries, hair dryers and hair a straightener.

Downstairs you will enjoy a fully equipped kitchen.
Tea, coffee, sugar & milk will be available for you on arrival, along with cold filtered water. Coffee pod machine and a pully stocked pantry available for you with herbs, spices, snacks, oils, salts and pepper etc.

The laundry has a third toilet attached, washing machine, dryer, washing powder, pegs, clothes hoists iron, ironing board and an outside clothesline. Beach towels also supplied for each guest staying.

Enjoy meals in the large dining area that seats 8 people.

Relax and unwind in the spacious lounge room with a large modular couch, bean bags and an 84" TV which is connected to Wi-Fi. There is also a queen size fold down wall bed available for extra guests.

Outside we offer an undercover courtyard with a 8-seater outdoor seating and gas BBQ. BBQ utensils provided.

Large closed in double garage available to park two medium SUV vehicles. If you have more cars or a large vehicle that doesn't fit in the garage there is visitor bays and free street parking available.

We have ensured you have everything for your stay, with extras such as full kitchen & bathroom amenities, baby supplies, beach cabana, beach towels, beach chairs, picnic rugs, toys, board games and more.

We currently live within the complex and will be able to assist you with anything you need within your stay.

The Scarborough Beach House is located in a secured gated complex. Parking is available in the enclosed double garage; street parking is available if required. No cars are to be parked in the complex driveway at any time.

As the complex is secure, you will receive house keys, gate key & a driveway gate/garage remote to get in and out of the complex. There will be a $200 fee if lost.
The host can meet guests on arrival or there is a lock box available. All instructions given 48hrs prior to your booking.

If you require anything during your stay or need assistance, please contact us as we live within the complex.

The Scarborough Beach House is located 500m (5min) walk to the heart of Scarborough. Enjoy the foreshore of Scarborough Beach with its great view of the Indian Ocean, Scarborough Beach Pool, Skate Park, Scarborough amphitheater, Sunset Hill, Scarborough Square, Whale Playground, Restaurants, Shops, Cafes, Bars, Tenpin Bowling and more....

Scarborough hosts a wide range of events including weekly sunset markets, live music, fitness classes, sporting tournaments, concerts, and cultural and corporate events. It also serves as a relaxing place to catch up with friends, grab a bite to eat and watch the sunset over the beautiful Indian Ocean.

Scarborough is a great passive space for visitors to enjoy. It offers shaded areas, grass tiers, easy access to the beach as well as the adjacent children's playground and barbecue facilities, making it a great place for family gatherings.

With a sweeping vista of the Indian Ocean, it provides a unique experience for all beach goers.

Public Transport is available only 250m from The Scarborough Beach House. You can jump on a bus and head to our local Shopping Centre's, Innaloo or Karrinyup Shopping Centre. Both a short 15-20minute bus ride away. Or you can catch a bus to Glendalough train station where you can then get on a train into the Perth CBD and enjoy the day sightseeing and shopping. The Perth CBD is only a short 20-25min drive if you have a car.

Wembly Golf Course is a short 10min drive which offers you mini golf for the family or a driving range where you can tee off a two-story platform into a field of obstacles.

City Beach & Floret Beach - These are two also very lovely foreshores you can check out. You can enjoy the beautiful foreshore with some fish and chips on the beach or dine into some higher end restaurants.

Parking is available in the town house double closed in garage. If you have more than two cars there are 3 visitor bays out the front of the complex. This is a first in first serve bases. There is also free street parking available on the street, please be careful there are a few sections on the street that do not allow cars parking on the road. Plenty of parking for all.
