65” curved LG Smart TV with continuous internet connectivity throughout the house. Netflix YouTube available. Public transport is 100m down opposite hungry jacks. IGA Supermarket is 5 minutes walk from it and next to it there is Chinies restaurant, Pizza shop and fish and chips.

Nice and big but could use a good clean

Nice big house. Great features include pool table and mini golf. Not sure if the outside bath was supposed to be the spa, but wouldn't use it in it's cracked dirty state. Would have been better if things like tea towels were available and quilts on the bed instead of just blankets. The house wasn't really dirty, but could use a really good clean. Some of the bedding also wasn't clean.

while the surrounds is perfect for what it states, the house has not aged well and is in need of major maintenance. but if you are using it as a base to explore the swan valley, it suits the purpose.
