BEACHSIDE ACCOMMODATION WITH WOW FACTOR!
BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT is a stunning contemporary design - a holiday retreat consisting of two luxury apartments, STARFISH and SEAGULL Apartments. The 2 apartments need to be booked individually; both apartments are quite separate with their own entries and security systems but can be interconnected.
This listing, STARFISH APARTMENT, has 3 bedrooms catering for up to 6 persons and is located at ground level of Bluehaven Beach Retreat. BOOKING REQUESTS may be made direct from this website booking platform.
The other apartment, SEAGULL, occupies the upper floor and mezzanine level of Bluehaven Beach Retreat and has 4 bedrooms that can accommodate a maximum of 8 persons. STARFISH Apartment is available for short term (min 2 nights) or longer stays. There are 2 parking spaces available at the rear of the property for guests. The apartment is located on the lower (ground) level.
Starfish is fully equipped and furnished. It has its own independent entry, security system with direct access to ground level gardens/yard space. Sleeping accommodation in STARFISH comprises:
> Main bedroom with walk-in-robe and private ensuite bathroom and WC/toilet;
> Bedrooms 2 and 3, each with built-in robes. These bedrooms are adjacent to the main bathroom and (separate) WC/toilet.

The apartment also contains a spacious lounge and dining area with a large balcony terrace and fully-equipped designer kitchen (all fronting the ocean), rear lounge and games room, and a separate laundry with its own external drying court.
With an expansive ocean-facing balcony deck, the apartment can be completely opened up via large bifold doors to flood the huge living area with light, air, and the sounds of the sea.
Internally the décor has been carefully selected to complement the muted colours and textures of the beach sands immediately beyond. Externally the colours reflect the vibrant blue of the ocean. Its clean lines, exterior use of weatherboard and limestone and architectural detailing truly represent the classic Australian beach house.
SPECTACULAR BEACHFRONT SETTING
BLUEHAVEN BEACH RETREAT overlooks the sparkling blue waters of Cockburn Sound, Point Peron, and Garden Island beyond. Spectacular 180 degree panoramic views of the ocean are enjoyed from each apartment.
With only the Esplanade road and beach boardwalk separating you from the idyllic Palm Beach, this is an absolute waterfront location - walk some 50m from the front gate and you'll be standing in the ocean!
The beach is a winner of the Best Beach award in Western Australia; it is sandy white and the water sparkling clear. With calm water, it is exceptionally safe for swimming. Do not be disturbed by the occasional pod of dolphins that may swim by - they are the locals here and are very friendly!
Enjoy a wonderful holiday or retreat at this fabulous location or, if you have to work or travel into Perth, you can commute easily by train direct to the Perth CBD and return for relaxing evenings by the ocean!
STARFISH is fabulous for romantic getaways, 'time-out' holidays, family/friends group gatherings, book clubs, yoga retreats and for corporate/community stays. As this is an executive-standard 'retreat', school leaver groups and/or unaccompanied minors groups, weddings (including pre/post events) and any large or potentially noisy party event are not permitted.
ACCOMMODATION SPECIFICS
STARFISH can accommodate a maximum of 6 persons - up to 2 persons each in 3 x bedrooms. There are some some helpful additional features to assist older infirm persons or those with walking difficulties.
The Master Bedroom has 1 x King-size bed which can be split into 2 x twin king singles. It has its own walk-in robe and private ensuite bathroom (with WC, shower and vanity bench/basin). This bedroom has aids which can assist those with disability or mobility issues; one of the single beds has an electric recliner function and in the ensuite bathroom, wall-mounted grab rails are provided in the shower compartment and adjacent to the WC.
The other 2 Bedrooms each have built-in robes and beds that can be configured as either 1 x King-size bed or 2 x single beds, as required.
For further bedding options there is a fold-out sofa lounge in the rear Family Room that can convert to a double-size bed.
