Enjoy ocean views from the sunny upstairs living and balcony, A/C, ceiling fans, gas heater, wood fire, fully equipped kitchen, and games room with pool table. Features landscaped gardens, BBQ gazebo, secure yard, double garage, and large grassy front yard—perfect for kids, pets, and multi-family holidays.

Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

Falcon Bay View is a big, light, bright and clean two story 4 by 2 beach house. Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean, close to Falcon Bay, and Avalon Beach, the Cut Golf Course, Port Bouvard and the Marina.
Enjoy the Falcon Bay ocean views from the upstairs sunny north facing living and kitchen area and the impressive extensive balcony nestled amongst the tree tops which oversees Falcon Bay and the twinkling night lights. Upper level evaporative airconditioning for summer and lower floor ceiling fans and gas heater for winter, plus an indoor wood fire, fully equipped kitchen, sunny open lounge room and family dining area, games room with pool table, extensive landscaped gardens, double lockup garage, secure rear yard (pets on request), outside BBQ gazebo area, plenty of parking and huge green grassy front yard for cricket and a kick of the footy.
Falcon View Beach House has 4 bedrooms and easily sleeps 10 people Upstairs Master B/R: King bed with ensuite - sleeps 2 Upstairs 2nd Bedroom : 4 Single Beds - sleeps 4 (All single beds are part of a bunk bed configuration.) The house has a standard Nespresso Machine if you have pods you might like to bring, and a 5.5Lt slow cooker as well as an 8 litre air fryer. We've also added a google chrome cast to the main tv. Please ask a teenager or google how they work to stream from your personal subscriptions and you must have the device linked to the House WiFi before you cast.
Beware any cars parked on the lawn as the sprinklers are part bore water and if they get wet make sure to hose them off so they don't damage the paintwork.
Whilst staying in Falcon, go swimming, surfing, boating, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, kayaking, sail boarding, prawning or simply relax on the beach. Breakfast or Lunch at the Falcon Bay Cafe visit the famous Miami Bakehouse for a quick tasty lunch or any of the other close-by cafes, eateries and restaurants.

While the home is professionally treated, changes in weather can increase activity. We recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed where possible. If anything feels unusual, please let us know - we’re happy to assist. We recommend guest may purchase repellents and encourage guests to take reasonable precautions.
