Falcon Family-Friendly Bayview Beach House

Spacious, light-filled beach house in the Golden Triangle, just 2 mins from the ocean and nearby a cafe and shopping hub. Enjoy ocean views from the sunny upstairs living and balcony, A/C, ceiling fans, gas heater, wood fire, fully equipped kitchen, and games room with pool table. Features landscaped gardens, BBQ gazebo, secure yard, double garage, and large grassy front yard—perfect for kids, pets, and multi-family holidays.

We are very contactable and will help out at any time. Please message us and we will get back to you soon as possible. Please be aware that unless urgent, guests should be patient with us after hours as we like our team members to be able to spend some quality time with their families. We prefer to use the Airbnb app to receive messages and this is the quickest and most efficient way to reach us.

We give our guests space, but we are just a message away - do not hesitate to reach out to us with any
concerns or questions you may have. We are in the office Mon-Fri 9AM to 5PM. Outside of these hours,
we will get back to you as soon as we can.

Falcon Bay View is a big, light, bright and clean two story 4 by 2 beach house. Just a 2 minute walk to the ocean, close to Falcon Bay, and Avalon Beach, the Cut Golf Course, Port Bouvard and the Marina.

Enjoy the Falcon Bay ocean views from the upstairs sunny north facing living and kitchen area and the impressive extensive balcony nestled amongst the tree tops which oversees Falcon Bay and the twinkling night lights. Upper level evaporative airconditioning for summer and lower floor ceiling fans and gas heater for winter, plus an indoor wood fire, fully equipped kitchen, sunny open lounge room and family dining area, games room with pool table, extensive landscaped gardens, double lockup garage, secure rear yard (pets on request), outside BBQ gazebo area, plenty of parking and huge green grassy front yard for cricket and a kick of the footy.

The house has a standard Nespresso Machine if you have pods you might like to bring, and a 5.5Lt slow cooker as well as an 8 litre air fryer. We've also added a google chrome cast to the main tv. Please ask a teenager or google how they work to stream from your personal subscriptions and you must have the device linked to the House WiFi before you cast.

Beware any cars parked on the lawn as the sprinklers are part bore water and if they get wet make sure to hose them off so they don't damage the paintwork.

Whilst staying in Falcon, go swimming, surfing, boating, fishing, crabbing, canoeing, kayaking, sail boarding, prawning or simply relax on the beach. Breakfast or Lunch at the Falcon Bay Cafe visit the famous Miami Bakehouse for a quick tasty lunch or any of the other close-by cafes, eateries and restaurants.

Falcon is a comfortable one hour drive from Perth and is located 10 kilometers south of Mandurah.

Only a 10-minute drive from the heart of Mandurah, the home is easily accessible via Old Coast Road and the Kwinana Freeway. Guests travelling from Perth can reach the property in just over an hour, making it a perfect weekend escape or extended coastal retreat.

🚌 Public Transport:
Public bus routes service the Falcon area regularly, with the nearest bus stop just a short walk away from the home. These buses conveniently connect to the Mandurah Train Station, which links to Perth via the Mandurah Line.

🚉 Train Access:
From Mandurah Train Station, guests can enjoy fast and frequent rail services to and from Perth. The station is approximately 15 minutes away by car or accessible by local bus routes.

✈️ Airport Access:
For interstate or international travellers, Perth Airport is about a 1.5-hour drive. Private shuttle and rideshare services can be pre-arranged for smooth transfers.

🚴‍♂️ Active Travel:
The area is cyclist-friendly, with coastal paths nearby perfect for scenic bike rides or walking to nearby cafés, shops, and beaches.

Local Environment Notice
As this is a beautiful beach house property in regional Western Australia, it’s normal to occasionally see insects like ants, flies, or mosquitoes — especially if food is left out or doors/windows are left open. While the home is professionally treated, changes in weather can increase activity. We recommend keeping food sealed and doors closed where possible. If anything feels unusual, please let us know - we’re happy to assist.
We recommend guest may purchase repellents and encourage guests to take reasonable precautions.

Guests are required to read, sign and accept the conditions of the rental agreement as per our insurance requirements.

Identity Check & Security Hold
Before check-in, guests complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

We’re happy to consider early check-in and late check-out requests, though these options are subject to availability and not guaranteed. Our cleaners charge a fee $50 per hour for this service. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior to arrival. This offers peace of mind and a smooth, stress-free start to your stay.

Pets are welcome at this property. There is a $125 surcharge to have your pet stay. This surcharge may vary depending on the length of the stay. Please declare at the time of booking and refer to the terms and conditions regarding pets.

For stays of one month or longer, a complimentary mid-stay clean will be provided as a condition of the rental. The cost of this clean will be covered by the property owner. For stays extending beyond one month, a complimentary clean will be scheduled every fortnight.
