There is a dedicated study nook with a study desk, lamp, monitor & office chair - perfect for the student or business traveller.
- The master bedroom is located at the front of the home, offering large bay windows, a queen timber bed frame with matching bedside tables, and a separate chest of drawers. There is also a ceiling fan for those warm summer evenings, a full-length mirror, an occasional chair, two separate single wardrobes & a private ensuite. Enjoy the convenience of your own private en-suite offering a shower with shower curtain, sink/vanity & toilet.

- This property has regular lawn mowing & gardening which is carried out by a professional contractor every four (4) weeks. Please note that you may be contacted during your stay for the lawn mowing/gardening servicing to take place so we can keep on to • BOOKING EXTENSION POLICY: If you would like to extend your booking last minute, please note that extensions can only be approved and paid for in FULL before 7:00pm on the day prior to your check-out date. If you wish to extend after this time, please note that there will be a fee of $150.00 which will need to be paid in FULL (to compensate the cleaner for last-minute scheduling changes) along with the extension rate. Please note that all charges will need to be paid upfront. If fees have not been paid for in FULL and it has approached your check-out time, then you will be required to vacate the property immediately.
