You will receive the access details a few days before your arrival, once you complete a quick ID and card verification via our Guest App - similar to hotel check-in — to ensure safety and peace of mind for all. A $750 security hold (required by our insurer) is placed and automatically released after your stay once house rules are confirmed and no damage is noted.

Pet-friendly 🐾
- Pets are permitted only with the Manager's prior written approval. Dogs are generally accepted at designated pet-friendly properties, subject to the applicable pet fee and these House Rules. Cats and any other animals require specific written approval before arrival and may be declined at the Manager's discretion. Approval of one type of pet does not constitute approval of any other animal. $150 per pet per stay.
- Guests travelling with pets must ensure that pets remain off beds and upholstered furniture, are appropriately supervised, and do not cause damage to the property. Cats must use a suitable litter tray at all times. Guests are responsible for any additional cleaning or damage caused by their pets.

Parking
Maximum of 4 vehicles permitted. Please park on the driveway only — no street or verge parking.
Guest Verification & Security Hold

Available by request only and subject to availability. Fees apply at $50 per hour. For guaranteed early access, we recommend booking the night prior.

Nature & Environment
This home is located in a beautiful coastal environment. Local wildlife and occasional insects may be present, particularly if doors or windows are left open. The property is professionally treated and maintained.

A refundable $750 security hold is authorised prior to arrival and automatically released after departure once the property has been checked and house rules have been followed.

Security Hold / Damage Protection
- The security deposit or security hold is not a limit of the Guest's liability. Guests remain fully responsible for the full cost of repairing or replacing any damage, specialist cleaning, odour remediation, pest treatment, replacement of furnishings, loss of income or any other losses arising from their stay, regardless of whether those costs exceed the amount of the security deposit.
- Security deposits are determined according to the nature and duration of the booking. Extended stays, insurance accommodation and other higher-risk bookings may require a higher security deposit to reflect the increased occupancy period and potential impact on the property. The required security deposit will be advised before arrival.
