Enjoy the clean, coastal lifestyle of this newly furnished home only minutes away from Mandurah's foreshore. This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom relaxed and brightly lit, open plan home with 2 queen beds + 2 singles, with private courtyard comfortably furnished for your relaxation and enjoyment.

Sample the many stylish eateries along the foreshore, swim the calm waters of Town Beach, or why not catch a live show at the nearby Mandurah Performing Arts centre all within walking distance from your door.

Arrive to a bright and light living space and kick back and relax after a day of enjoying a cruise through the canals of Mandurah.
Put your feet up and watch TV on our comfy lounges or enjoy a relaxing bath.

The private courtyard comfortably furnished makes for the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee whilst planning the days activities.

The fully equiped kitchen boasts a large countertop creating an appealing space to cook a simple meal for the whole family. Which can be served and enjoyed on at the dining table, if travelling with little ones there is a high chair so they don't miss out!

The master bedroom privately placed at the front of the home offers a queen bed for a refreshing and quiet sleep, and a desk. Plus a large walk in robe to provide plenty of storage with a spare blanket & fan and a private ensuite.

At the rear of the home the second bedroom also offers a comfy queen bed with a built-in wardrobe & spare blanket.

The kids bedroom is fitted with 2 single beds. It also has a built in robe where a small heater, spare blankets and a porta-cot is stored if required.

During your stay you will have the entire home and courtyard to yourself.

The home is within a complex of 8 freestanding townhouses, where it is located at the end of the driveway to your left.

We are conveniently located only 5 minutes walking distance from the foreshore! Where you will find cafes, bars, restaurants, parks for the kids, swim spots, retail shops, supermarkets and more!
There is also onsite parking plus street parking available.

Please answer the pre booking message truthfully at the time of booking, this is to help us to get to know you to ensure the space suits your needs. Any misrepresentation may result in immediate cancellation or eviction.

We have a strict no party policy, do not host parties or events that would disrupt the peace and comfort of our home or neighbours.

Please treat our neighbours with respect by keeping noice to a minimum and within acceptable levels and not parking or allowing children to play in the driveway.
Guests must keep to the check in times of between 2pm-10pm to respect our neighbours.

Kindly observe the 10am check out time so that our cleaners have enough time to thoroughly and safely prepare the space for the next guest in line with Airbnb's enhanced cleaning standards.

Please leave the home neat and tidy, we may need to charge guests for additional housekeeping time if our team is required to stay longer.

If smoking occurs in the property we will have to charge quests to have furnishings and carpet deoderised.

Please try not to misplace keys or remotes, any replacement fees will need to be passed on to our guests.

Nicely presented and convenient

The apartment was tastefully decorated, a short walk to the lovely Mandurah waterfront and all its cafes, and there was a great basket of goodies plus a supply of many basics.We had a very enjoyable week there.

Excellent, fully provisioned and super, super clean

In a group of 8 units, this house looks like it has been recently refurbished with fresh fittings, painted and kitchen tops. Everything was provided including beddings, towels, tea/coffee/sugar/milk, soaps, cleaning products, wifi internet, etc. A double garage is provided.Location is pretty good being just a short walk to Mandurah's foreshore cafe strip.We couldn't get over the cleanliness of the property and how well it's maintained. Top marks! Even the small gardens are nice!Payment, checkin and communication through StayZ was easy.Will certainly be on our list for our next visit to Mandurah.

Great weekend break

Stayed here with friends for two nights. Lovely and clean, well equipped and relaxing. Comfortable beds and a great shower. Quick 5 min walk down to the foreshore. Highly recommend.

Tucked away gem

Easy access to a clean, modern and nicely decorated three bedroom villa. New appliances and all the cookware, cutlery and crockery you could want. There was a lovely little outdoor sitting area but we were there in 40 degree heat so that was a no no for us. Air conditioning is zoned to either bedrooms or living area. We had an issue with aircon which was immediately addressed by our hosts. We found that notwithstanding the heat, once addressed the aircon was more than sufficient to cool both areas by flicking the zoning back and forth. The hosts could not have been more helpful. Two blocks back from the esplanade full of shops and restaurants the location was great. There is a great little coffee shop that opens from 6.00am within a five minute walk if the pod machine doesn't work for you. Its right next to the local Woolworths and newsagency. Would stay again.

We were very impressed with the property. Everything was done to a high standard. Beds and furniture were comfortable. No clutter and plenty of room for anything you want to bring. Super convenient, comfortable with thoughtful hosts

The house is located close to supermarket, pharmacy and all the foreshore eateries and tourist attractions of Mandurah. Convenient bus service to catch train to Perth or just to go shopping at the Forum. The house is very comfortably furnished and eqipped, including good TV and WiFi services. The pantry includes not just tea and coffee, but a range of pantry staples like cooking oils, condiments, cling wrap etc. It ticked all the boxes for us - highly recommended.
