The house was idela for the three of us visiting a sick firend in hospital in Claremont. The bedrooms are all a good size, the bathroom had a good shower and there was a toilet both upstairs and downstairs. The kitchen/living room area was a good size with oven, microwave and fridge/freezer. There was also a utility room with sinka dn washing machine. There was also an outside seating are with table and chairs. There was a large TV and comfortable sofas. There was a bar and restaurant within 5 mins walk and you could walk into Scarborough in 15/20 mins which was great for us.

So close to everything!

This property was great as it was so close to everything! Walk to the shops, beach and a beautiful local cafe! The property is nicely presented. Clean, modern and all appliances were easy to use! Would definitely stay there again!!

Mini-Getaway

We had a lovely weekend, the house was clean and tidy and there was plenty of towels, kitchen items available for use. Every little detail had been thought off, from washing powder, bodywash/hand soap, to salt & pepper and olive oil for cooking. All these little items made our mini getaway so much more relaxing. Thank you.

Was a good stay overall, the property manager had great communication with myself, wouldn’t recommend for people that have 4-6 people or more but it was great for myself and mother staying there.

Convenient location

Would happily stay again but not with a family. Think more suited to 4 people. It sleeps 7 but very hard to seat 6 let alone 7 for a meal or down time. If you are using it as a base and just sleeping then perfect. But if you plan to have 6-7 spending some down time there definitely need a bigger space. Clean tidy and other than only seating/couching 4 would recommend it !
