Welcome to our stunning 4-bed, 2-bath house in Perry, Georgia. Just minutes from Georgia National Fairgrounds and downtown, it offers convenience and relaxation. Enjoy fast wifi and complimentary access to streaming services like Peacock, Pluto, and local channels in each living room. The cozy layout and beautiful backyard pool create the perfect atmosphere. This single family house is perfectly located in a quiet, safe suburban neighborhood just outside of downtown Perry. There you will find a multitude of restaurants, downtown area, grocery stores, parks, bar&grills etc just mins away.

Disappointed

Open checking in the house was hot over 80 after many attempts to turn down and a long night went to leave for horse show and front door would not lock, contacted host said they would get someone out to fix it it took 3 days to fix as it was a major repair for both air conditioning and door, on Thursday after arriving Saturday we had cool air. However the front door which needed a new door jam and reset if still was not operational and never completely locked. During the interaction with host we were assured we would be compensated for our inconvenience.
