    Detached house for 4 people in the heart of the pink granite coast - Prestigious classified natural site. House located in old Ploumanac'h, in a quiet area.
    You will find in front of the house a small terrace isolated from the street to take your meals outside.
    On the ground floor a living / dining room with an open kitchen (electric oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker.)
    In the lounge area television and DVD player, with small film library, and many books on Brittany. Also at your disposal hiking maps of the region.
    Internet connection available at no extra charge (nomad 3G / 4G bbox). Package of 50 GB / month. Access limited to information retrieval and consultation of e-mail / social networks.
    On the ground floor also the bathroom (with washing machine / dryer) and separate WC.
    In addition a small shed with double access, inside the house or outside, in which you will find portable barbecue, beach games, fishing tackle and garden hoses.
    Upstairs two bedrooms, the master bedroom and the children's bedroom with two pull-out beds. At your disposal a library of comics and board games.

    Household linen is not provided. Rental possibility (15 euros for the master bedroom, 30 euros for the two bedrooms, including duvet cover, mattress cover, pillow case and hand towel). Payment upon delivery of the keys.

    It is a vacation home, family home that I regularly occupy with my family. Do not expect to find all the services of a hotel residence there! But you will find there all the comfort and the essential functionalities to live a beautiful and restful vacation. I invite you to put your car down and take advantage of this magnificent setting that is the pink granite coast. You will not be disappointed, and I will be happy to have been able to welcome you to make you discover this little corner of paradise.

Emplacement idéal pour visiter la côte de granit rose. Le phare de Men Ruz est à 2 mn à pied, la presqu'île de renote à 5 mn en voiture, etc... La location est modeste, le propriétaire ne prétend pas louer un château non plus. La maison correspond à la description qui en est faite sur le site.

Nice cosy cottage

Everything was as we had requested. The reception was friendly and the ladies very helpful and patient. The location was also very good with only a few metres to the harbour and beach. We enjoyed it very much!

jolie petite maison

Nous avons passé un très bon WE en famille, dans une jolie petite maison fonctionnelle. Elle est très bien placée à 100 mètres du magnifique port de Ploumanac'h et du sentier des douaniers . Le petit plus très agréable : la maison était prête pour notre arrivée ( les lits étaient faits, le chauffage était mis, et la lumière était allumée pour nous accueillir, malgré notre arrivée tardive) C'est une adresse que nous gardons précieusement pour pouvoir y retourner, et que nous n'hésiterons pas à partager.

Ideal für zwei

Das Häuschen ist wunderbar für einen Aufenthalt an der Rosa Granitküste geeignet. Alles drin was man braucht. Die Lage zwischen Hafen und Strand ist ideal. Wir waren eine Woche in der Vorsaison dort, da war auch noch nichts überlaufen. Für zwei Leute ist das Haus ideal, da man sich mit seinem Gepäck noch in das Kinderzimmer ausbreiten kann. Für vier Erwachsene wäre es zu eng. Sehr gute Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter direkt über Handy auch auf englisch. Wir können das sehr empfehlen und würden gerne wiederkommen.

I have had my eye on The Farmhouse for the past couple of years. Our kids attend Benedictine College. We've stayed in Atchison/Troy previously, both with good experiences. We needed a place for our son's graduation, and I liked the idea of being in the "country". It was such a lovely setting, even better than I expected with the house situated on high ground overlooking the fields. Not as convenient as being right in town, but we like to drive and enjoyed it very much! The peacefulness of being alone was a welcome change from suburban life! The home is really well-kept and includes many updates that made our stay extremely comfortable! I really loved the spaciousness of the living/dining area, the beautifully appointed bedrooms, and the nicely updated main bathroom upstairs. I'm high-maintenance when it comes to bathrooms, so the downstairs bath was a bit cramped for me but it offered everything that you could need, so it is great having that 2nd full bath that you don't often see in older properties. I appreciated the fully stocked kitchen since we do like to cook, and I found everything I needed. We didn't have time to enjoy the firepit or grill, but they had plenty of nice outdoor chairs, cute rockers on the porch, and folding chairs to surround a fire. I would call this an extremely charming, super comfortable, very relaxing place to get away from reality! Angela couldn't have been more helpful/attentive, and I congratulate her & her husband on a really lovely rental!

Wir haben die Zeit dort sehr genossen

Das Haus ist mit Liebe und Verstand eingerichtet und gut ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem, alle weiteren Stühle ebenfalls. Die Terrasse ist kaum einsehbar, es flanieren viele Leute auf dem Weg zum oder vom Hafen vorbei. Nachts ist es sehr ruhig und angenehm zu schlafen. Der Hafen ist nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt, ebenso der traumhafte Küstenabschnitt. Benoist ist ein sehr freundlicher Vermieter, er beantwortet alle aufkommenden Fragen stets in kurzer Zeit. Vielen Dank, wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Séjour de 3 jours en famille

2 adultes et 1 enfant de 5 ans Nous avons passé 3 jours dans la maison et avons pu profiter de la belle côte de granit rose. La maison est extrêmement bien placée ! Nous avons pu tout faire à pied (balade dans ploumanac'h, restaurants très bons tout proches et surtout l'accès au sentier qui permet de visiter la côté de granit rose. La maison est propre et dispose de tout le nécessaire (vaisselle et lave linge, livres, jeux et dvd pour enfant au cas où les balades ne suffisent pas ...).
