"Loved my stay here! Right next to the train station, easy to walk anywhere from here , and an amazing view of the matterhorn! Staff was so helpful when I was planning which hikes to do and what cable car to take."

"Staff was very responsive through the entire process, including sending a taxi to pick us up to the train station and deliver us to the residence. The apartment was spacious, clean and exactly what we needed for six travelers. We would definitely stay here again!"

"・床から水が溢れるトラブルが有り、チェックアウトまで解決しなかった。 ・チェックアウトの日時を担当が間違えており、時間をロスした。 ・キッチンの設備の割にシンクが小さすぎる。洗えない物がある。 ・キッチンの水栓が壊れていて、冷水を出しにくい状態であった。 ・電気のスイッチ配置が非常にわかりにくい。 開放的なリビングとピアノと暖炉は素晴らしい体験となりました。"
