"My Beach view room that I paid extra for had a view of a huge palm tree that you could not see around. My second BEACH view room was the view of the kids pool. As far as the staff goes, if I had any complaint or needed something the look on their face made ME feel bad for asking. My daughter and I had a wonderful massage on Sunday so I asked my masseuse about a seaweed massage so I went ahead and booked one for Monday. Apparently there was some confusion that I didn’t get what I asked for no...

"Great location, directly across from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. Fun concept hotel- a little heavy on the party aspect so the lobby can get loud but the rooms are nice & quiet. Had a great stay."

"Beautiful hotel. Just steps away from the beach. Enjoyed the views and amenities"

"A delight! What a wonderful boutique hotel with an incredible location. The cafe was an unexpected bonus! Wonderful smoothies and fresh food. I would definitely come back."

"Very friendly staff and nicely renovated rooms."

"Nice"

"The room was exceptionally clean, and I must add that it was very quiet as well. As I was traveling for business, I enjoyed a restful night of sleep. Furthermore, the cuisine at the Haven restaurant was truly delicious."

"We loved Hyatt House. We stayed there before and chose it again for visiting family in Irvine. Loved the breakfast--excellent in every way! We could eat a whole foods plant based diet easily with oatmeal (6 different toppings!), large choice of fruit, coffee and teas. Eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, and waffles were also great! I had some questions about the surrounding area and the staff was patient and helpful. Our room was comfortable, the tv worked great. Very happy there!"
