First, the property is advertised as a hotel, but it is actually a hostel. Second, despite the advertisement stating otherwise, there is no parking available on-site. I did not receive a response to my inquiries regarding parking made prior to my arrival. Furthermore, upon check-in, the staff claimed to be unaware of the parking situation and could not provide any guidance regarding nearby parking rules. I expect the property description to be updated accurately to avoid misleading future guests, and I look forward to your prompt response regarding this matter.
