This modern, updated home in the Village is just a short walk from downtown and the beach.

Our home sleeps 6, has a master bedroom with queen bed and full master bath. The 2nd bedroom has a queen bed. Please note fireplace in this bedroom is not usable. The 3rd bedroom has 2 twin beds. A second full bath is located off these 2 bedrooms. You will love the open floor concept kitchen/eating area with nook and spacious great room with vaulted ceiling and french doors to large private deck with patio furniture and a gas grill. The kitchen is fully stocked with all new appliances and new furniture in the great room. There is a separate dining/game room with games for kids young and old! Internet is provided and there are smart TV’s in the Great Room and all bedrooms.

Our home includes central air and a washer/dryer off the kitchen. An additional full size refrigerator/freezer in located in the 2 car attached garage. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. The front of the house features a screened in porch with porch furniture.

There are bicycles for our guests use and also beach chairs and umbrella for your short bike ride to the beach at Lake Michigan.
