New 2 bedroom carriage house, a block from the Okanogan lake, close to downtown.

This brand new carriage house has a fully equipped kitchen. Comes with towels and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer, blow dryer for your hair and amenities in the washroom for you. Enjoy the nights out on the deck with a propane fireplace. The bedrooms all have black-out blinds and all your bedding and pillows, large closets.
I would also like to let the renters know that there is a Keurig coffee machine and I only supply 4 pods for the first morning.

Beautiful stay at the carriage house. 1 block from the lake and multiple restaurants. The unit is fully stocked and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. The owner was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended!!

Nice Accommodations close to Okanogan Beach

Very nice suite close to the beach but in quite location that accommodates up to 5 people in 2 bedrooms. The pictures and description of the suite are accurate. Very comfortable beds, nice linens and towels. Beach towels are also provided. All appliances are new and there is a barbeque on the deck but we did not use it as we ate dinners out to support the local economy. I would definitely rent this suite again and highly recommend to others. Thank you Katie.

This is a gorgeous place! Very comfortable, close to the lake, new appliances, air conditioning and clean. It was obvious the minute we walked in that Katie put so much thought into everything, signs, first aid kit, extinguisher, cutlery and crockery and more. Easily the best place I've stayed at using VRBO.

Excellent Location

We were delighted with this bright, clean, spacious, modern carriage home a few minutes walk to Okanagan Beach. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Katie was terrific and responded promptly to a couple of our requests. We would definitely come back again.

The location is great. It was one block south of the beach so there wasn't any traffic noise. It was an easy walk to downtown, restaurants, the beach, and the convention center. The carriage house is well appointed with everything you need. The second bedroom has a double bed and two bunkbeds. The bunks are not very comfortable for adults and make a lot of noise when you move around.

Great alternative to a hotel stay in Penticton

This place is a great alternative to a hotel. All the comforts and amenities of home, everything was new and clean, and the property owner clearly cares about making sure her guests are comfortable and have what they need. Would definitely come back.

Amazing!!!!!

This was my our 1st stay and are 100% satisfied. Best location for the 5 min walk to the beach and dining. Once you are there no need for a car . Fun center , bike rental , canal float honestly everything within walking distance. The carriage house was clean and well put together. Elegant comes to mind . A beautiful safe neighborhood for night or daytime strolls. Would recommend this property for a family or a romantic getaway . You won’t be disappointed.

Bachelorette Girls Weekend

We had an incredible time in Penticton! The carriage house was absolutely perfect. It is a beautiful modern unit, smartly laid out to have room to sleep four. Very clean! We felt great staying there, and we were just steps away the waterfront! Downtown shops and venues were within walking distance. Overall amazing experience! Vrbo app also made it very easy to communicate with our host, and get essential details about our rental.
