  • This brand new carriage house has a fully equipped kitchen. Comes with towels and beach towels. There is a washer and dryer, blow dryer for your hair and amenities in the washroom for you. Enjoy the nights out on the deck with a propane fireplace. The bedrooms all have black-out blinds and all your bedding and pillows, large closets.
    I would also like to let the renters know that there is a Keurig coffee machine and I only supply 4 pods for the first morning.

The property was lovely. Very clean with lots of extras (sand toys for kids, books, games) to make things easier. We appreciated having a few groceries in the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, spices) to help in meal preparation. It is located in a great area, one block from the beach and close to lots of good restaurants.

Beautiful stay at the carriage house. 1 block from the lake and multiple restaurants. The unit is fully stocked and I would not hesitate to stay there again in the future. The owner was fantastic to deal with. Highly recommended!!

Great alternative to a hotel stay in Penticton

This place is a great alternative to a hotel. All the comforts and amenities of home, everything was new and clean, and the property owner clearly cares about making sure her guests are comfortable and have what they need. Would definitely come back.

This is a gorgeous place! Very comfortable, close to the lake, new appliances, air conditioning and clean. It was obvious the minute we walked in that Katie put so much thought into everything, signs, first aid kit, extinguisher, cutlery and crockery and more. Easily the best place I've stayed at using VRBO.

I couldn’t have been happier to stay here for 3 nights! It’s gorgeous, I was able to make meals without needing anything and the bed in the Primary bedroom was like a cloud (as was the toilet paper) haha Didn’t get to use the balcony/fire pit like I’d hoped but I’ll be back.

We were delighted with this bright, clean, spacious, modern carriage home a few minutes walk to Okanagan Beach. It had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. Katie was terrific and responded promptly to a couple of our requests. We would definitely come back again.

Amazing location

Super clean, well appointed apartment. Located half block from the beach. In walking distance to amazing coffee, shops and Saturday market. Very comfortable beds and very quiet space. Great for our family of four.

Our host was very responsive, helpful and flexible organizing some local logistics which arose due to our late arrival and there being a national holiday the next day. The facility was clean and in a great location. Would definitely return or recommend
