  • Este condominio frente a la playa de 2 dormitorios se encuentra en el tercer piso del maravilloso complejo Summerlin. Si está buscando un complejo relajado y más pequeño lejos de las carreteras concurridas y las playas llenas de gente, ¡este lugar es el adecuado para usted! Excelente plano de planta abierto, la hermosa vista lo recibirá tan pronto como entre. ¡Dormitorio principal en la playa con entrada al balcón frente a la playa! La cocina tiene una isla grande que a todos les encanta y preparar comidas es muy fácil. Las vistas desde el 3er piso son increíbles. Millas y millas de arena blanca como el azúcar y agua verde esmeralda: ¡la terapia de playa perfecta! Marzo - octubre es temporada de servicio de playa! El condominio viene con 2 sillas y 1 sombrilla en la playa para usted todos los d��as de su estadía, ¡GRATIS!


    Este espacio tiene muchas de las mismas características que nuestras otras unidades Summerlin, incluida una cocina completa, un mostrador de isla larga, lavadora y secadora grandes y un balcón de la sala de estar al dormitorio. Wonderful stay on a beautiful beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family had a wonderful stay in this condo. The unit itself was very nice and had everything we needed. We also enjoyed an uncrowded beach and pool even during July 4 week. I also found the rental company to be very easy to work with. We would definitely stay here again.

Relaxing

I loved the location, beaches were not crowded. It was very relaxing. The condo was cozy and perfect for the three of us. I loved the simplicity of it and it was very clean. The perks were great.

Huge porch! We had a great time.

We had many meals on the porch and enjoyed our stay! Comfortable beds and great view! Probably time for new living room furniture. But we loved our time.

3rd time at Summerlin

Also both kitchen pantries were locked so no where to put our food! Other than that, it’s a beautiful location as always. We will return to Summerlin but probably will rent a different condo!

Great location! Superb view and comfort.

This is a fabulous location, no better view than this. Location is in the quiet part of Ft Walton Beach; chairs and umbrella setup are a plus however they are taken down 4-5 unless you have a big party and tip big. Check-in and Check-out are not very pleasing since you cannot be guaranteed checkin until 4pm or later, which for us was later. Check-out is 10am which is quite early considering we had such a late checkin. Beware, the cleaning lady knocks on the door at 9:30am. Other than that, the condo and unit is very nice.

Favorite beach in Fl.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was in a perfect location. Great view, and a short walk to the boardwalk/beach area. The unit was clean, but definitely needs updating. New furniture, and getting rid of the worn out carpet would bump 303 to a perfect 5 star. Another suggestion would be to take out one of the tubs and build a custom built in shower. A new Keurig would also make my wife happy. Brooks and Shorey staff was very helpful and I would highly recommend using them.

Reviewer Comments: While my wife and I usually stay in bigger condos along with 4 grandchildren and daughter and son-in-law, we only had 2 grandchildren with us this week. This condo was perfect for my wife and I and 2 grandchildren. Condo was clean, had probably the most wet-stocked kitchen with regard to pots, pans, and casserole dishes. It had plenty of drawer space for clothing in the bedrooms. We only had 1 minor issue and Brooks and Shorey Resorts responded within 2 hours and resolved issue. In renting in the Panhandle area for nearly 35 years, I never had someone respond so quickly

Fabulous 5 Days in 303

We absolutely LOVED our stay in this condo! The views were picture perfect! I fell asleep on my balcony several nights, sitting there listening to waves. We originally booked for 4 nights, but were thankful it was available an extra night, so stayed 5! We will DEFINITELY stay in this condo again & again! The check in process is quick & convenient. Check out is the same. We loved the door code instead of keys, too! The mattress in the master could be replaced, but I was too busy sleeping listening to the waves to mind much. The place smelled SO clean upon checking in! EXCELLENT cleaning service! I suggest a bigger tv in the kid’s room, but our son loved the couch & tv in the living room, so it was wasn’t a problem for us. Overall I have no complaints, only 2 minor suggestions. We will be back 303! Thanks for the amazing 5 nights!

Big No to 303

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Whole condo was in need of a total update. Carpet in living room was stained and very dirty, there was a water bottle behind one of the chairs, a pair of shorts in one of the drawers and the comforter in the master had what looked like blood stains on it. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old that we would sit on the bed to watch tv. The laundry area smelled like sewerage. Wehave stayed at other condos at Summerlin for the last 6 yrs. And none have been this bad.
