Directly overlooking the community pool this updated and highly sought-after condo is the perfect place to spend your Florida getaway. Just a short walk from the white-sand beach, this home is conveniently close to fantastic restaurants and plenty of things to do, ensuring that you and your group will have everything you need during your stay. Lounge about the pool and hot tub to truly relax and feel your cares melt away.

Inside you'll find a bright interior simply flooded with natural light. With comfortable furniture throughout, it feels just like home. Enjoy the gorgeous view from the private oversized balcony, watching sunsets that are unlike any other, then take in a movie on the 55-inch smart TV in the living area. The chef of the group will love preparing grand meals and beach picnic snacks in the updated kitchen with granite counter tops. The main bedroom has a 43-inch smart TV, and an en suite bath. Enjoy double Captain bunks in the hallway and a queen sofa bed.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Pre-Vacation Getaway

My husband and I had to come down for a work trip earlier in the week and our big family vacation was that weekend. We decided to stay a couple nights here before everyone got to the beach. It was absolutely perfect. I had one WFH day and the WiFi was perfect for Zoom calls. The condo was extremely clean and had us feeling at home. The Owners of other condos were absolutely incredible and a such a memorable part of our trip. The pool and hot tub were both large so you don’t feel like you’re on top of people, especially in the hot tub. It’s only 4 stories so you don’t have to wait on an elevator. Parking was a breeze. We couldn’t ask for better beach access. It was absolutely perfect in every way. We’ll definitely be back!

Spring Break 2025

This was our first time staying in Perdido Key and it was truly amazing. The location was close to all beaches and our condo was minutes away walking distance to the beach. Would def recommend

Very comfortable and clean, close to the beach

The condo itself was great. Nicely decorated and comfortable. Very clean! The location was nice. Just across from the beach with partial gulf views. Fair warning it isn't within walking distance of stores, but not an issue if you have a car. And the public beach access across the street is tiny so I suggest you drive right down the street and purchase a pass to Gulf Island National Seashore at Johnson Beach. The only real issue we had is the keypad to get in and our of the condo. It was a pain. The directions you get emailed were unclear and our code got changed mid-stay and we weren't notified. But even with that I do recommend this condo. It was very nice and I am very picky. Very nicely priced also.
