Escape to your own special place on the beach when you stay in our 4th floor coastal farmhouse, rustically furnished beach condo. Our corner unit offers expansive views of the Gulf of Mexico from the living room and private balcony. The large balcony features a table and two chairs as well as two rocking chairs with a side table to place your beverage of choice on as you're watching the sun rise or the dolphins play.
The living room has a queen size sleeper sofa as well as a comfortable chair and bar cart. There is a 50" flat screen smart TV for streaming your Netflix, Hulu, etc. Cable, DVD player, and free high-speed internet is included. The updated kitchen includes beautiful granite countertops, subway tile and USB ports for all of your charging needs. It’s equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/with ice maker and all of the small appliances and utensils needed by the home chef. Our condo has a side folding farm table which comfortably seats four people with two rustic bar stools at the kitchen counter.

The master bedroom is relaxing and has a king size bed with a high-quality mattress with your comfort being our top priority. The extra windows offer additional views of the Gulf of Mexico and sunshine. There's also a 40” flat screen television with a DVD player and select cable channels.

The unit offers children’s twin size bunk beds in the hallway each with their own individual reading lights and USB ports. A pocket door allows the bunk bed area to be sectioned off, creating a separate sleeping area and privacy.

Amenities include an oceanfront seasonally heated pool, charcoal grills, and an exercise room.

There are chairs and umbrellas available to rent from a company operating on the beach all summer long. We do have two bag chairs, umbrella, and beach towels your welcome to use as well.

Perdido Skye is a fantastic location and is across from the Villagio Shopping Center for dining, shopping, fitness, and spa experiences. Publix, Winn Dixie, fast food and seafood restaurants are also close by.

The minimum age to rent this condo is 25 years old. Travelers who cancel at least 30 days before check-in will get back 100% of the amount they've paid. If they cancel between 14 and 30 days before check-in, they'll get back 50%. Otherwise, they won't get a refund. Rates are subject to change without notice.
