If you're looking for the perfect spot to call "home" during your trip to paradise, the search ends here! Phoenix X #1201 is a fully upgraded, highly desired corner unit located in a fun complex next to the iconic Flora-Bama. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a wraparound balcony with gulf views as well as a north facing balcony with a street view looking out towards Old River, this vacation rental home is ideal for a group of up to 10. Come ready to create lasting memories with little effort when you choose to stay here during your visit to Orange Beach!

This unit is located on the far west side of the building and offers guests a freshly renovated, fully upgraded space that is as comfortable as it is stylish. While it's pretty standard to have a balcony overlooking the beach, you'll be able to step out of the living room to enjoy your favorite beverage on the wrap around balcony that overlooks the beautiful gulf or relax on the north facing balcony accessible by both guest bedrooms! Inside the main living area is a brand-new kitchen (shaker cabinets, granite counters, stainless steel appliances) that is fully equipped to make cooking up your favorite meals a breeze. Love coffee? Drip-style coffee maker and Keurig are provided. The extended bar has space for 2 bar stools while the table set in the dining area seats 8, allowing for every member of your travel group to chat effortlessly over an evening dinner. In the living room, there are two armchairs, a love seat and a sleeper sofa meaning you will have plenty of space to lounge around, plus bonus sleeping space! The living room TV has a 60", 4k Smart TV for you to access your streaming services and watch your favorite shows.

Ready to retire after a fun day? Pick the large master suite, with a king memory foam bed, access to the gulf facing balcony and a private bathroom featuring a walk-in tile shower. There are two guest bedrooms, as well, with one providing a cozy queen bed and the other offering up two comfortable full beds. The guest bathroom is also a walk in tile shower. All bedrooms have 50" 4k Smart TV's and satellite.

Inside, you will find access to a hot tub and sauna. A newly renovated BBQ area offers the perfect space for your group's grill master to show off their skills! Looking for something a little more energetic? Look no further! There are places for pickle ball and wallyball.

What's better than the on-site amenities? Being walking distance from the Flora-Bama Lounge and Bar! Aside from delicious entrees, local seafood, and refreshing drinks, enjoy live music daily and a charming atmosphere you will not soon forget. With celebrity visitors including the likes of Kenny Chesney, Jimmy Buffet, Kid Rock and more – it is easy to say that the Flora-Bama leaves a positive mark on all of those who visit.

Right across the road, you will find the Flora-Bama Yacht Club which has a waterfront restaurant where guests arrive by both car and boat! The Flora-Bama Liquor Store is here as well as Flora-Bama Marina & Watersports where you can rent jet skis, pontoon boats and go on fishing charters. You can literally have a vacation full of fun without ever having to drive anywhere!

When the sun goes down, enjoy the night life of Orange Beach with fresh drinks and live entertainment at several venues along the beach.

You are just minutes from every activity the island has to offer whether it's sport fishing on the Gulf, reading a book on the beach, parasailing, hiking the Backcountry Trails, glass blowing and pottery throwing at the waterfront Coastal Arts Center, shopping at the Tanger Outlet Mall and just a few miles away from the OWA Amusement Park and Entertainment Complex.

* AGE RESTRICTION: Policy strictly enforced 25 years or older with renter 25 years old staying in unit. No refunds for anyone trying to rent that is not at least 25 years old.

* PARKING: MAXIMUM of 2 vehicles per unit/per reservation, no exceptions - STRICTLY ENFORCED. You will receive a Registration Email from VRP Access. You must prepurchase your parking pass via this email. You will then pick up your parking pass on property at the front desk upon arrival. The cost is approximately $60 per vehicle and valid for the duration of your stay. You must display the parking pass on your driver's side front dash in plain sight during your stay. *PRICE IS SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT PRIOR NOTICE. U-hauls, trailers, boats, jet skis, buses, etc. are not allowed on property.

* WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING: While all Sands of Alabama rental units are set up for normal housekeeping, the properties will NOT have cleaning products or toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags and soaps intended to last for the duration of your stay. Each rental property is furnished with a STARTER SET of paper products for your first night. This set includes one roll of paper towels, a small bottle of liquid dish soap, one powder dishwashing packet, one can liner per trash can, one travel size hand soap and body soap per bathroom and one roll of bathroom tissue in each bathroom. Please bring extras.

Great location, beautiful condo!
We enjoyed our Mother's Day weekend here with family ranging in age from 2-65. Everyone was comfortable - plenty of room WITH a pull out sofa which is always a huge bonus. Enough closet space in the master to fit a pack and play for the baby as well. Plenty of parking and carts to unload stuff. Starter set of all the basics - dish soap, toilet paper and paper towels, so don't forget extra. We only had a couple of very minor complaints, but worth noting if you stay in rentals often and like to know these things. If you have kids, bring your own paper or plastic bowls/plates as everything there was glass. No cards or games in the condo, so we brought our own (which we usually do anyway). Also, the potholders are those little silicone ones that only go on your fingers, so if you're not fond of almost burning yourself every time you open the oven, bring you own. There were plenty of extra blankets and pillows, beds were comfy, front desk staff was very nice and helpful and it's a great location - you can walk to a few different restaurants. The pool is graduated, which is great for littles and the Beach Staff (Ike's) was SO helpful!! Make sure you pay attention to the parking price - I didn't notice that and was surprised I had to pay for parking (most places include at least one free parking pass per unit) but totally didn't mind paying since it is in the description (I just totally missed it). Overall great and would stay here again!!

Yearly get away!
The property was great. The slider going out to the balcony did stick when opening. We did have some young people playing around with a drone. That didn't last long. We enjoy coming down yearly! We do try to stay away during spring break.

Great unit!
Unit was beautiful and perfect for our family. Everything had been remodeled and updated. Views from every room, updated appliances, bathrooms were new. We had some difficulty with the dish and the signal but we weren’t there to watch tv. Overall would recommend!
