An affordable paradise, just steps from the beach! Enjoy amazing views of the white sandy beach and the beautiful Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. No better place to start the day with coffee and end it with a glass of wine. You are minutes away from great restaurants, shopping, golf courses, water sports, grocery stores, and fishing. Nothing separates you from the beach except our walkway!

This bright condo is unit 26 on the 2nd floor and is a corner unit, offering the best views. Interior has been upgraded with window shutters and all new floors! Enjoy a comfy master and a bunk bed, perfect for younger children. Located in a relaxing family friendly environment with a pool, all just steps from the beach. Living room has cable and smart tv to sign in and access your favorite shows and movies.

Extra amenities include new floors, new sleeper sofa, sand toys, pool noodles, DVD player, and video game console with thousands of games to play. Regular basket filter coffee maker and keurig. Outdoor pool only for our condo building is heated!

Walkable to Island Sweets and Coffee, Perdido Key Breakfast Club, Dave’s Snoballs, The Islander restaurant, Jellyfish Restaurant, and souvenir shops!

Amazing view and laid back beach

We loved this condo so much. The 2nd floor balcony (3rd level) was just perfect and we really loved having an end unit with so many windows. We like having convenient beach access and not having to fight over an elevator and this was perfect. Stairs were very convenient. Elevator is very close which makes loading and unloading a breeze and the carts available made for less trips. We loved all the beach toys and chairs in the bin. There were even games and crafts for the kids. The condo is nicely outfitted. The washer and dryer are super handy. Bunk beds are cute and comfy. The condo is clean and very easy to relax in. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you Meg!

PS 26 beach getaway

Sea Haven was perfect! It was clean, well equipped, the bed was very comfortable, and the location to restaurants and shopping was great! The storage container had beach chairs, boogie boards, and beach games for those that fly in and can’t bring these extras. Highly recommend Sea Haven!

Perfect Getaway

This condo “Sea Haven at the Beach” is named accordingly.. there have been many upgrades to this unit since we last stayed here. The unit was clean and beautifully decorated. Everything we needed for a getaway for the two of us. Megan kept us informed as to information and checkin was a breeze! We will be renting this unit again.

Love the Property

My husband and I came to Florida to celebrate my birthday. We thoroughly enjoyed yourselves! The property is very nice and is centrally located to many of the popular restaurants. Meg, the property owner, is great and very friendly! We didn’t have any problems. When we visit again, we’ll definitely stay here!

Laid back getaway

Property was misleading on the outside because the condo was beautiful inside! Nice place to eat across the street called ‘the jellyfish’. Grouper bites and drink selection were great! Easy access to florabama, orange beach, and Pensacola. We would definitely stay again!

The Perfect Small Family Getaway

I cannot say enough positive things about our stay. While this would be a great place for a couple to stay it really was wonderful for a small family. Our host was amazing and had the space decorated for the 4th of July and even included a few small goodies for our kids in the form of glow stick toys. We did have to reach out to the host about a missing parking pass and she was SO NICE and got it taken care of quickly for us. The box on the balcony with beach toys and chairs was a nice touch and the view is perfect. The pocket door in the hall was great because we were able to give our teenager some privacy when sleeping. Our girls LOVED the bunk beds! The showers water pressure was amazing. The kitchen had everything a family would need for cooking, and we never even had to dine out which saved us some money. We really loved it and plan to book here again in the future.

Relaxing Stay

We encountered a miscommunication during check-in, but Meg did a great job taking care of our concerns. The view from the unit was awesome! The beach was just a short walk away. We enjoyed our time!

The best

Our intent was to stay there 1 week. My wife had a stroke a few days before we were to check out. I contacted Meg to see if it was possible to extend our stay as the neurologist wanted us to stay put for a week before we traveled back.. Meg was very understanding and not only able to accommodate us, but also at a reduced rate. Thank you so much!

Pleasant short stay

It’s a great comfortable property for just my husband and myself. My son spent our short stay in Florida with family, but spent the last night with us since our flight leaves early morning. It’s very clean and cozy. It’s close to restaurants. It’s steps away from pool and beach. It’s perfect. Will rent again.

Family Fun!

Great clean and comfy condo! Wonderful ocean views and easy access to great dining! The full kitchen and washer/dryer were a must have for our family and did not disappoint! Will definitely stay again!

Enjoyed it!

Meg was really nice and got us in early. The view was awesome. And the condo was super cute. My only complaint was that darn tropical depression that came through. Cut back our beach time but we found other things to do instead. Thanks a bunch!

Perfection

I absolutely loved this condo. It was on the 2nd floor, corner of the building, and facing the ocean. The view was perfect. The condo itself had everything you could ask for, including kitchen supplies, toiletries, games, books, movies, things for the beach (boogie board, sand buckets/tools) and more! I had one question when I checked in and the host answered me back right away. I will definitely be coming back here and highly recommend! Nothing negative to say at all! It was perfection.

Perfect beach getaway

We had a fantastic stay! Everything went so smooth. Condo was nice and clean upon our arrival and the view of the ocean was absolutely perfect. Our kids loved the bunkbeds as well as all the pool toys! So nice to have a few restaurants within walking distance as well as places close by in Orange Beach. We would recommend this property over and over again!!

Gorgeous

This property is perfect for an easy beach stay. The parking is easy, the access was easy, the pool and beach are super close. The host, Meg answered all of my questions prior to arrival and gave us so much information about the area, I felt like a local when we arrived. The condo has everything you need for the stay, including kids’ sand toys and lounge chairs. The kitchen is perfectly equipped, the shower has great pressure, the beds are comfortable and the washer/dryer combo is brilliant and so fast. I would definitely book this place again. Thanks for an amazing stay.
