This modern, affordable, beachfront condominium has everything you need to create lasting memories with your life partner, young family, or even small group of friends.

The first thing you will notice is the incredible gulf front view! Your private covered balcony’s bar-height seating for four provides an unobstructed view of what some consider the most beautiful shoreline in the world. Sugary white, quartz sand is the perfect canvas for crystal-clear waters to reflect breathtaking shades of emerald green and saltwater blue.

Your open living area features a gulf front glass wall with sliding doors allowing you to enjoy the gulf front views of your balcony even while indoors. Plenty of comfortable seating for watching TV in the evenings. Plush loveseat sofa folds out into a comfortable double bed. Dining table seating for four in addition to breakfast bar seating for two. There is a half bath in the hallway for visitors during the day and sofa bed sleepers during the night.

Your kitchen is fully equipped with full size appliances and has been updated with granite countertops and a deep double bowl stainless steel sink. The adjoining breakfast bar makes for great conversation while meals and drinks are being prepared.

Your comfortable king master bedroom features cable TV, ample storage and a private bathroom that creates a nice retreat.

This was an amazing stay. The host was very attentive and checked to make sure all was well once I checked in; it was. This was the best unit I’ve stayed in at this condominium and look forward to another stay.

Do not stay here

Room was VERY dirty. Water stains in several locations of ceiling, mold in shower, ceiling paint bubbling at sliding door, coffee cups cracked and leaking, freezer rack wa rusted, silverware was dirty. Room needs to be repainted.

Great place, great location

This was the perfect place and location for my husband and my vacation. Not planned was my son and friend crashing our vacation for two. Thank god for the extra half bath!! It worked out and we all had a great time. The beach wasn’t as busy as other more known beaches and the balcony was perfect to catch the evening breeze, listen to the waves and watch everyone trying to catch the crabs. A few minor issues that Len helped fix and the place was great.

Great beach and pool

Heated indoor pool was warm and great for kids who got a bit sunburned. 2 wonderful restaurants across the street. Probably the best location on Perdido Key. Also, very close to Orange Beach.

We enjoyed our stay, everything was very good! Our owner is was very helpful and communication was good! The only negative was they where doing something (renovating) next to us and it was a bit noisy!

White sand beaches

We love Perdito Key!

The Perdito Sun is the perfect location. It was a bit cool for the outdoor pool but we loved the indoor pool. Our unit needs a bit more cleaning and a new paint job for our standards. The balcony furniture was old and worn out. Should be updated. But we will come back again next year!

7/23/2022 Perdido Key week vacation

My first time staying in Perdido Key and it didn't disappoint! There is a shopping center directly across the street with a nice restaurant (Jellyfish...try the fresh sushi), a great ice cream shop, and a really good pizza place). Publix is about 3 mins away and Walmart is about 10 mins. If you want nicer restaurants, drive 10 minutes over to Orange Beach (we loved Cobalts and GT on the Bay). About the Condo: the bed was super comfortable and the pillows were the best (I loved the pillows)! The condo was clean and the balcony was very nice. The kitchen was well stocked (I left salt, pepper and some other spices, as it didn't have any). The elevators are fast, pool area was very nice and access to beach was very easy. Len has beach chairs (nice ones) an umbrella and a couple boogie boards. The condo also has a room with extras that guests have left, so you shouldn't need to buy any beach items. Now... areas that need improvement: Access to the condo after 5pm requires a code. It doesn't work well! They also had the doors locked on the Saturday we checked out. The issue is there is a sensor to read someone is standing in front of the door, so if you're there by yourself and trying to put in the code, the doors will not open! Don't get me started on trying to get the doors open when you have a cart full of luggage!! And, the front desk person will just sit there and watch you struggling! It was so FRUSTRATING! Under no circumstances should they lock the doors on a Saturday when people are checking out (and, please eliminate the sensor... the code should be enough). You DON'T have to have a code to get from the beach into the pool area, but you have to have a code to get in the bathroom (in pooll area) and to get into the building. It would be much easier to just add a code to enter the restricted pool area from the beach. Parking is VERY limited. You are allowed 2 parking passes but the 2nd is a guest pass and must park across the street. Overall: I highly recommend! (But, please work on the issues with entering the building with the code!!)

Gracious Owners

From the moment we rented it, the owner was in contact with us welcoming us and thanking us for renting his unit. The place was perfect with a beautiful view, well stocked kitchen with granite counters. We never heard any noise from other renters. It was very quite. All the appliances worked like they should and the bed was very comfortable. ( a better mattress then most places we have stayed). All the furniture was in great shape. We would definitely rent from the them again.
