Pearl 1001 Completely renovated from floor to ceiling! Super clean!

Pearl 1001 is a three-bedroom, three-bath corner unit with a wraparound balcony that offers stunning views of the white sand beaches, the emerald colored waters of the Gulf of Mexico and the Santa Rosa Sound. The unit is tastefully decorated with a beach theme and colors of blue and green. The open living design allows space for groups to gather with ease in the common areas while providing privacy between the bedrooms. Flat screen TV's are in the living room and each of the three bedrooms. The unit is also equipped with free high-speed wireless Internet service. The Gulf side master suite has a king size bed, dressing area, separate Jacuzzi and shower and access to the Gulf side balcony. The master suite, on the Sound side has a queen bed and a bunk bed (2 twins), walk-in shower and a private balcony overlooking the Sound. The third bedroom is centrally located, has a full size bed and a twin bed and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The Pearl is one of the most sought after condominiums on Navarre beach. The property is beautifully landscaped and gated for privacy. Features include two pools, one of which is heated, a hot tub, fitness center, outdoor grills (gas and charcoal), bike racks and ample parking. Navarre Beach is a pristine area, which has earned numerous awards of recognition over the years. It is secluded enough to be a peaceful retreat but still close to an array of shopping, dining and entertainment options. The fishing pier at Navarre is the longest pier in the Gulf of Mexico.

This is a great condo. It’s totally updated and immaculate. The property is nice. The only surprising thing for us was there was nothing for the beach- no beach chairs, beach towels, sand toys, etc. We've been coming to the area for almost 20 years and didn’t think to ask because it’s always been provided at other properties. Make sure you bring what you need for the beach because it’s not provided.

Communications were great with the property manager. Condo very clean, plenty of seating in the living area, new kitchen appliances, plenty of utensils, nice knives, Keurig, pour over and regular coffee pots and an electric kettle! I felt very much at home. Beautiful dining room table could use two more chairs to seat all of us. The bunk beds were so smart and were a big reason we rented this unit. The condo is quite lovely with high end renovations. Lots of extras- a rack to dry bathing suits, weighing scale in master closet, books, USB ports, etc… Great pool and quick walk to the beach. The Pearl is a friendly and safe condo.

We stayed in this condo 4 years ago. The Pearl 1001 is in great condition, clean, and nicely furnished. I love the kitchen. The amount of counter space is amazing! Anything we needed to cook basic foods was available. The only thing I would change about the condo is the furniture on the balcony. It is older and not very comfortable. We spent a lot of time out there in the early mornings drinking coffee and midday when we were taking a break from the sun. Overall, we loved our stay!

Family vacation

The condo was perfect for our family vacation. We had plenty of room, the views are absolutely amazing. Loved that it was not a super destination spot and was not overcrowded. The pools and close walk to the beach were great. The granddaughters spent hours at both and are begging to go back already.

True to their word

I’m always skeptical when trying to choose the right place for a family vacation because many times a property will fall short of their description’s. However this place was “true to their word .” It was very nice and clean, everything worked, and the location was perfect. We had a great stay and I would definitely rent it again.

Absolutely perfect

This condo was by far the most beautiful we have ever stayed in. Beautifully decorated, clean, comfy beds and all the necessities you could ever want. Kitchen was stocked with nice dishes, pots and pans, bakeware and even some essential condiments. Most importantly because we are a group of older women (oldest is now 90) the beautiful bathrooms were equipped with higher toilets, walk in showers with grab bars and seats. We can’t say enough good things about this unit. We will be booking again next spring for our groups 39th year of traveling together. 15 years staying at The Pearl. First time in this unit and it gets an A+++

Family fun!

The condo we stayed in was excellent. The pearl and the amenities as always were great. My only problem is beachfront too many chairs and umbrellas not enough access for people they don’t want to rent the chairs and umbrellas.

Wonderful vacation

We came for a wedding in Gulf Breeze and made it into a vacation. Accomodations excellent. Beautiful view of ocean from the balcony. Cleanliness perfect. Children loved the pool and beach. Emerald green water a delite. Weather was perfect. Relaxing environment. Just a fantastic time. Plenty of resturants close by. Everything you could possibly need was present.
