  • Windemere 407 is a 2-bedroom, 2-bath Gulf-front condo with an additional bunk room in Perdido Key. With 1,215 square feet of single-level living space, it accommodates up to 6 guests and offers Gulf views, a private balcony, direct beach access, and community amenities.

    ABOUT THE PROPERTY
    The open living and dining area features comfortable seating and cable and satellite TV. The fully equipped kitchen includes appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and a Keurig coffee maker. A spacious private balcony overlooks the beach and Gulf.

    The primary bedroom has a king bed, the second has a queen bed, and the bonus bunk room has twin-over-twin bunk beds. The condo has two full bathrooms.

    Additional conveniences include Wi-Fi, washer and dryer facilities, air conditioning, heating, linens, and bath towels.

    AMENITIES & FEATURES
    Windemere offers direct beach access, a community swimming pool, hot tub, and fitness room. Seasonal beach chair and umbrella service may be available for an additional fee. Complimentary parking and elevator access are provided.

    The condo is smoke-free and welcomes families with children and extended winter stays.

Super clean and beautiful condo. We enjoyed staying here and how close the beach was. Refrigerator ice machine was not working and staff brought us two ice bags. Recommend it and would stay again.

Wonderful! Nice and quiet, short walk to beach. Great place for families and snowbirds! Will come again. Parking is tight with a large vehicle but doable.

The unit is very nicely decorated and appointed. The "bunkhouse" was perfect for our 11 year old grandson for the week he and his parents joined us. The unit could use updated cookware and more silverware for those booking longer stays and cooking a lot. (We stayed 3 weeks and had to run the dishwasher daily once our family joined us).Overall great location, pool, and easy access to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay. The unit was very clean and well stocked even down to drawer organizers in the bathroom. Lots of closet space and storage cabinets. Parking garage was conveniently located under the building and close to the central elevators. The communication from host was very prompt and preemptive about some minor issues at the building (water line repair at the building) but they kept us informed ahead of time and even supplied us with water for the inconvenience. We met lots of young families & friendly people and look forward to returning next year.

Perfect!

We enjoy our stay and will definitely be back to this condo. Everyone was super nice and super helpful. Condo had all the amenities and they even had us starter boxes for the kitchen and bathrrooms. Such. Ice touch. Location was great, never waited on elevators and beach location was perfect. Thank you!!
