Every room has a great view of the beach and really close to a lot of attractions and restaurants. Plenty of parking with 2 levels in the shade so your car doesn't get really hot. Awesome place to stay

Great beach and beach access. Had everything we needed. Bed was very comfortable. Living room furniture was not comfortable. A little vacuum would have been wonderful to help sweep up the sand. Kitchen was great. We loved our stay.

The condo was fine. A little beaten up, but that is what happens with rentals. Toilets are very old, and very short. View was wonderful! Getting around to restaurants, groceries was really easy from this location.

I would have rated 5 overall but took off 1 star because the water pressure in showers was extremely disappointing… very hard to rinse soap and shampoo fro body. Adequate water pressure is extremely important to me and my husband and this was very lacking Other than that we were otherwise very happy with our stay

The unit was fully furnished with everything we needed for a great stay. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking and there was a washer and dryer for our laundry. The onsite amenities (pools and hot tubs) were great and well maintained. The security of the area was also great using wristbands to ensure only residents were allowed in the amenity areas. The balcony overlooking the beach offered a tremendous view and the sounds of the waves were therapeutic if you left open the balcony door for a great sleep. Located directly on the beach, we walked out from the building onto the white sands of Gulf Shores. The stay was amazing.

I received several emails from the company prior to our trip . I called at 230 to see if we could get early check in . The lady said that if I had not received an email or text with the code to the door, then that meant I could not so we waited at the condo pool until the code was supposed to come through at 4 o’clock. At 4:10 I called to let them know that I have not received the code when check-in was supposed to be at four. The guy I spoke with told me that we did not receive the code because we had an existing balance. This was on August 17. I paid full for this condo on February 7. After speaking with three different people and sending seven screenshots, we finally received the code to the door a little after 5 o’clock. Not a very good way to start off your vacation!

The balcony overlooked the pool are and the beach & ocean. Beautiful views. The plumbing fixtures were clean, but old & outdated. The vent over the microwave was missing and the floors and baseboards were badly stained with a black substance. Just looked really dirty.

The place was falling apart. The baseboards and door jams were detaching from the walls, floor transitions were broken, doors would only close if slammed at full force. Furniture was also uncomfortable and falling apart. And $50 per car to park in that extremely tight parking garage is ridiculous. And you could only have 2 cars. Only pro’s were the pools were nice and it was quiet, I couldn’t hear the people above or around me.

NCAA D2 Volleyball Parent Stay

Great property and location. Our girls played in the NCAA D2 Sand Volleyball tournament, this location was perfect. Walking distance. Quiet, easy to get in and out, close to everything.

Room was in kind of rough shape. Needs lots of improvement (floors, countertops, hole in the wall, microwave trim, key code “lock”). Had to use tv from bunk bed room because it was the only one with Smart capabilities. Great location though.

The was absolutely amazing except the pools were not cleaned throughout the day, our washer didn't work, and one of the jets in our jacuzzi wasn't working either. This was my first time at the Lighthouse, and we plan to keep coming back!

The view was amazing! And we loved the balcony! The unit had plenty of room for us! The kids loved the bunk beds! The ice machine didn't work and that was a bummer. We would stay again but would love if the ice machine would be fixed.

Lighthouse was fun! It was our family first stay for a week on the beach. Condo was a good size and our family was comfortable (important). We came down for softball tournament. We felt safe and relaxed at all times. I would go back without hesitation!!!

Our one bedroom 6th floor beachfront condo had fantastic views. King bedroom, full kitchen, separate alcove with two bunk beds, two bathrooms with two full showers, living room, and huge balcony. The furniture, countertops, and decorations in our unit were a bit dated but everything was very clean. I'm more than happy to trade a very good room rate for a few dents and dings. Well maintained high-rise condo building with two outdoor pools, two outdoor hot tubs, and an indoor pool. Nothing to complain about, we definitely would stay here again.

Sometimes pictures make a place look bigger and better. This was not the case for Lighthouse 504. It was huge. Tons of room for two adults and four teens. We didn’t have to buy anything for the beach. They had it waiting for us. (Umbrellas. Chairs, floats, boards, you name it. So incredibly beautiful and the view was incredible.

No pride of ownership!

The cleanliness of the unit was on par for what you would expect from a $50 per night motel, yet this rental company was charging hundreds of dollars per night. The vibe when you walk in? Cheap. Run down. They are pulling in tons of money and yet we had to drape bedsheets over the couch to sit down because it was covered in disgusting stains. The furniture, especially on the balcony was uncomfortable, broken or both. With the amount of money that they are making from these rentals, they should have the decency to provide clean and non-broken furniture. It just smelled of a money grab with no respect for the renter. You will require a car due to the location at the edge of town, parking for four nights was $50. Thank goodness the beach is beautiful, it’s what saved the trip. Rent somewhere else.
