Beautiful view of the Gulf. The unit and property were very clean. We loved our stay. The host quickly provided linens for the fold out couch when I notified they were not in the unit. Highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay at this wonderful condo. We spent more time in the condo than ever due to weather this year and had everything we needed to have a great time. We would enjoy staying here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the building was ok. A lot of things broken.Elevator broken, pool gate broken, unit 7008 has a lot wrong with it. Chairs broken, ceiling cracking,cabinets broken and cracked. Dishes old and cracked. The unit needs A LOT of updates. My parents were in 4009 and it was updated and beautiful and clean.

Overall, this was a great fit for our last minute trip. The place could use some updating but for the price I was satisfied. Everything worked, the room was on the top floor close to the elevator. It was a quiet week so we didn’t have any issues with loud neighbors or excessive pool activity. The chairs and umbrella are a nice feature and we used them each day we were there. The overall state of the property was nice, the beach gorgeous, and the building is in close proximity to a convenience store and a couple of restaurants so you don’t have to get out if you don’t want to. The living room was a nice size with a couch and three chairs, perfect t for four of us. The bathrooms are a nice size and the washer and dryer was handy. The kitchen appliances are newer and there was plenty of ice from the fridge. I’d stay here again. Also nice allotment of bathroom towels but bring your own beach towels!

The room was clean and well stocked. The views were beautiful. Communication was good and our questions were answered quickly! There was plenty of seating on the balcony for great views.

A few basics are missing from the kitchen (a pitcher, for instance), the balcony furniture cushions are worn out and stained, cushions in the dining chairs are flat, and the TV in the master bedroom will only play one channel. Minor things that should be addressed, but didn't keep us from enjoying our week at the beach.
