FREE PARKING AND FREE WIFI!!! THIS UNIT FEATURES KEYLESS ENTRY! This 2nd floor unit offers amazing views of the gorgeous Gulf of Mexico. AMAZING DECOR and VERY comfortable furnishings! The beach front balcony runs along the living room and master suite. Great views from the kitchen as well, which is equipped with all major appliances, utensils and cookware. There are two beachfront pools on property and plenty of seating around the pool for everyone.

The sleeping arrangements in this unit are as follows: master bedroom - 1 king bed, 2nd bedroom - 1 king bed, bunk beds featuring a twin and full WITH NO CLOSET. Sleeper sofa in the living room. This unit sleeps 8

Another Great Vacation

The wife and I brought our daughter, son in law and 3 grandkids here to show them how great the Island is, and it did not disappoint. There was plenty of room for everyone and the pool was very nice, in all everyone had a great time

Booking and communications was wonderful. Location was amazing being by the beach. However, the unit could have been cleaner and inspected for its bug problem in the kitchen. No privacy on balcony due to proximity to pool and walkway to beach.

We had a great time

Although the sheets had to be washed when we got there, everything else was as described in the ad. Great location. Pool was clean, we used it one day due to seeing a few jellyfish, I didn’t want my young daughter to get stung and I’m not fond of it myself, but I probably would have stayed and took my chances anyway. I’ll more then likely stay here again.

Perfect for Our Family!

This was exactly what I was hoping for when I booked for our family Christmas beach trip! The condo was the perfect distance from the beach, just a few minute walk and had a great porch view too. I was worried about cleanliness after some of the previous reviews but I did not find that to be a problem (and I am a picky person when it comes to clean). The only thing I thought about was the floors felt a bit sticky but that could be what they mop with? And the master bedroom/bathroom had a musty smell which I assumed was the older carpet in it, but it was not bad. Other than that it was great! The kitchen was surprisingly well supplied which I was thankful for since we cooked all our meals there. The couch was not the most comfortable but it was doable. We had an issue with a slow shower drain but that was promptly fixed when I reported it. Some reviews said the condo looked different than the pictures. It did but that was because it was painted which I thought was an improvement from the pictures. All in all I would recommend this place and would use it again. Thank you for making our first Florida beach trip great!

The property management and view

From day one of me booking, anyone and everyone I spoke with over the phone were super friendly. To me, that's apart of the experience, also. The view was amazing. I can't wait to book again.

Incredible location, Condo needs work

The location of this condo could not be better. Located close to everything. Beach is amazing and chair service is so handy. Only issue was with condo itself. It did not seem very clean. Sheets for beds were too small, mold on shower curtains, mold on ceiling. Really needs some cleaning work.

Clean, comfortable, excellent location.

Gulf Dunes is such a nice smaller size complex. Our unit 215 included beach chair/umbrella service. It was so, so close to the beach. We loved being able to quickly run back and forth from condo to beach. It was not overly crowded. Easy access to restaurants without ever leaving the island. The unit was very clean, nicely equipped. Beds were a little on the firmer side but comfortable. Unit doesn’t necessarily feel “beachy” with the colors and decor, but that’s not important-the view and closeness to the beach can’t be beat. We will definitely be back and bring friends!
