This is a true beachfront property at White Sands Townhouses on Pensacola Beach. This luxury end unit features windows along the east wall and offers 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Located on desirable Fort Pickens Road, this townhouse is equipped with amenities designed for a comfortable vacation, including a TV in every bedroom and a private elevator providing access from the large garage to two floors of living space, totaling approximately 2,300 square feet. The master bedroom features a private balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.

Just steps from the deck, you’ll reach the world-famous white sand beaches. Play cornhole or volleyball right outside the deck door, or enjoy an assortment of provided beach toys, floats, beach chairs, beach balls, and umbrellas. Inside, you’ll find a selection of games and puzzles. Sip morning coffee while watching dolphins, play in the surf, relax at the water’s edge, or grill while watching the sunset.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only.

Special monthly rates are available from January through March 1.

Monthly Cancellation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 120 days prior to arrival will receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 120 days before arrival will forfeit all payments.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Elevator use is not guaranteed during times of maintenance or repair. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Perfect Beach Vacation Starts Here!

Everything about this property was perfect. From the balcony views and ease of beach access, to the location near restaurants yet removed from the bustle. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience with my family.

Wonderful location and facility

We had a wonderful stay. This is a very spacious home, great for eating and social gathering. Perfect location and wonderful views. Nothing is left from previous guests, so don’t forget to bring salt and pepper! I gave four stars because some of the fixtures need some TLC.

Right on the beach

We really enjoyed our stay. Firstly, we were amazed at how close the beach was to the condo (only a few steps)! We loved that it was dog friendly and the dog beach was just a mile down/up the road. The property was spacious and comfortable. The hosts were quick to respond to any questions/concerns. Thank you for making our first family trip so exceptional. Hoping we’ll be able to make it back next year!

Great Family Getaway!

This property is awesome for a family vacation. It is truly beach front which makes your vacation better than imaginable. Even if you dont want to go down to the sand you can sit on the deck or balcony and enjoy watching the waves. Plenty of room for everyone and they have games for kids to play inside on a rainy beach day as well as all the beach equipment you will need to have a great day in the sun (tents,chairs, sand toys, wagon) My only negative is that a couple of the tv remote and fan remotes didnt have any batteries which was odd, theres a clock in every room but none of them have the correct time. Elevator is very nice to have but also very tricky to work. Make sure you resd elevator use instructions carefully.

Best week of the year!

Our very large family takes a beach vacation each year and we absolutely loved this location. The townhouse was clean and well-maintained. We lost power for a few hours one day due to a power company issue; the host was easily reached and helpful in communicating the issue and when it would be resolved. We will continue to come back year after year!

Sister’s Trip

The place is beautiful and spacious, wit a perfect location. We enjoyed the extremely easy access to the beach. On rainy/non-beach days we enjoyed playing games and having cocktails on the partially covered porch. Highly recommend. Unfortunately there weren’t any working beach umbrellas but we were able to rent some. The umbrellas were set up and waiting for us at 10am, and picked up at 5..super convenient

Beautiful condo on the beach!

The property was exactly as described - beautiful! We loved the kitchen. We so appreciated all the high end utensils and accessories for the kitchen. We want to live there - no one wanted to leave. So much to do in the area.

Family Christmas

We really enjoyed staying at this Condo! The kitchen is very well equipped, plenty of seating at the Island and small table. The view of the ocean is beautiful. Cons: the elevator is a challenge but it works. The main floor bathroom needs to be updated and there are no locks on the door. The Main floor bedroom, the sheets are not for a king bed and the protective ‘cover’ over the mattress gets very warm.

Perfect beach getaway for big groups/families

This unit was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very nice and roomy inside. Plenty of space for our large family. We were there during the off season and it was wonderful being on a private beach away from the bigger condos. Just a few steps and you’re on the beach enjoying the sand and water.

Wonderful weekend getaway!

I surprised my wife for her 40th birthday by renting this beautiful home for the weekend for our family and her parents. The home is in a very friendly row of townhomes with many of the owners there full or part time. The home had everything we needed for a nice stay and our kids loved the beach! The garage has some beach toys from previous guests. The only "others" in terms of cleanliness are as follows: 1) I found a half-drank bottle of Coke under the master bed, 2) the curtains in the master bedroom look stained from standing water, 3) the baseboards needed a bit of cleaning, and 4) the plastic wine glasses had a sticky film on them and smelled pretty bad (I dumped out my wine and used a regular glass). That being said, the property overall was AMAZING and we'd love to come back--so much so that my wife wants to buy a townhome in the same complex!

Absolutely amazing property and amazing location!! We stayed here for our daughter's birthday and we couldn't have been more pleased. Pictures don't do this property justice. If we ever come back to Pensacola Beach, I'd love to stay here again!
