This Gulf front condo offers amazing views of the emerald-blue water and snow- white sand of the Gulf of Mexico. Relax on the 200 sq. ft balcony after fun in the ocean and on the beach. The balcony even has direct views of the Gulf of Mexico.
This comfortable modern décor is upscale. The master bedroom features a wall of windows overlooking the Gulf with a king-size bed and private master bathroom.

The second bedroom has two twin beds and the sleeper sofa that makes into a queen size bed. This condo comfortably sleeps 6, with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.

This property has all of the amenities you would expect: Full kitchen with ample cookware, dinnerware and utensils, flat panel televisions, cable TV, free WIFI internet access, washer and dryer in the unit, quality linens and towels and one reserved, covered parking spot in the garage.

The property was not properly cleaned. The pull out sleeper the cover was dirty and had sand all over it. We would not use it. We had to go buy a blow up mattress. The inside shower was dirty.

Our Favorite

I’ve been vacationing at Pensacola Beach for well over 20 years and have stayed in most of the condos on the beach. By far, our favorite is gulf winds and this was no exception. The unit was clean, comfortable, well stocked and provides one of the best views on the beach. We’ll be back!

Gulf Winds Condo Pensacola

Older property that needs some outside work. The inside of the condo was very nice. The main bedroom needed a new comforter, however. We liked the smaller complex with beautiful uncrowded beach.

Excellent location with a perfect View

Great View and access to beach

We absolutely loved the view from the porch, living room, and master bedroom. Honestly, the view is what gives this place 4 stars. The view was 10 stars and worth some of the other cons of the condo. Unfortunately there was a smoke, wet dog or cat pee smell. We got used to it after cooking some good dinners in there. The furniture and decor could be updated a bit. The pool was nice. The beach was great! If this condo didn’t have a view or beach we’d probably give it 3 stars. You can’t beat the view!

Excellent Location, Beautiful Property.

We will definitely stay here again, absolutely loved it. It was as pictured, best access to the beach, just a wonderful place, loved it . Can’t say enough positive things about it. Only two drawbacks. First there were only enough towels for each person to have one, so you are constantly washing towels. Not a huge issue, just wish there was more. The second issue, was really the only “issue”. The cleaning staff needs to do a better job. The floors had not been mopped and it was very apparent. Don’t get me wrong, it was surface clean, but that was it. The cleaning people could just do a much better job for their property owners and guests and should for the price you pay extra for cleaning. We took our granddaughter, who was crawling, and she would get filthy from crawling on the floor. Overall loved the place and will be back, only minor issue with the cleaning and that would not hold me back, more an fyi.

Very Clean & Perfect Location

This property was perfect for our family of 4. Right on the beach, in a residential area, but very close to tourist area. The condo was clean, and had everything we needed to feel like home. We will definitely be back!

Right on the beach and walking distance to our favorite Peg Leg Pete’s! The furniture is a little warn and could use updating as well as bed pillows. I would definitely stay here again we were room 203 right beside the elevator.

Visiting our Sailor

We booked our room somewhat at the last minute and was pleasantly surprised at the accommodations. Our room was a good size and clean. We enjoyed being on the second floor and close to what seemed to be the center of attraction. I would suggest a few rugs to help keep the sand from getting in the condo, I found myself sweeping a lot.. Beach access was great. The parking spot for the room was not big enough for our Jeep Cherokee. But we had plenty of options in the front of the condo.

Great location - good week!

Contact at SurfSide Properties was excellent! Furnishings could use an update, at these weekly stay rates. Difficult to be comfortable in most of the living room furniture, and we spent minimum time indoors but still struggled with everyone sitting comfortably during downtime. Not enough comfortable furniture.
