Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

K2 rental

Everything was great, The post never mentioned it was on 3d floor, unless I missed it. My husband has a bad knee so the stairs took a toll on him. That’s about the only negative concern. The listing said K 2 so immediately I assumed 2nd floor.

Birthday Bliss

The property was perfect. It was clean, spacious, and had a great view of the Gulf. I especially love the location. It is away from the public beach but still close enough to the restaurants and activities. I am excited to book my next stay! I only wish we would have stayed longer.

I can’t say anything negative about my stay. The condo was clean, looked exactly as the pictures showed and the beach was perfect! Loved my stay and would definitely stay again or recommend to family and friends

K2

Stayed in K2. While overall we love this property i only have 2 complaints. Minor but I'm an honest person. The pillows on the bed need replaced... They are stained kinda yellow(I assume sweat stains). My other complaint is the Netflix/ apps seemed to be locked to someone's account with no way to log in our own account. Luckily we brought a game system and could log in from that. Overall minor complaints that don't really take away from the overall experience. I'm actually hoping to be able to purchase one of these condo's at a later time. The very short walk to the beach, the view from the balcony, just all around perfect place to vacation.

Can't beat the location!

Overall, this was a nice little condo for our family! The closest we've ever stayed to the beach, just steps across the courtyard and over the walkway! Also budget friendly! Thankful for memories made and time spent together here!

Great Stay With A Great View

My wife and I enjoyed our week in this unit. It was comfortable and provide a great place to relax in the evening when we were finally ready to come in from the beach. The view from the balcony is amazing and there were multiple mornings where you could see dolphin swimming about 60 yards off the shore. If I had one thing that I would say is a slight negative, is that you have to go up 2 1/2 large flights of stairs to get to the unit. It wasn't a huge issue for use, but could be for those who may be older or have a disability. Other than that it is a great property and we would be happy to stay here again.

Minor feedback

Overall, the property was a great experience with an excellent location. I would recommend buying new sheets instead of washing the old as there a visible stains. I assume the sheets are just old (not a cleaning/washing issue). It would also be helpful to have Roku information written down somewhere as we were not able to log in and watch TV. Also, it appears there is a known issue with the AC unit as we were informed it has been worked on multiple times leading up to our trip. That should definitely be fixed before other guest are allowed to stay on the property.

Beach Vibes

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Close proximity to the beach, comfy bed and linens. We loved that it was a bit away from the hustle & bustle but not too far. The property was perfect for a family, and stayed blissfully quiet. We are wanting to come back and stay! The only change I would make, which is not Pensacola Properties but the condo management, is to invest in really nice and sturdy pool furniture. Look forward to our next stay!
