Palm Beach Club 123 is one of our Signature Units.

Need a family get away? Look no further than this beautiful 2 bedroom/2-bathroom gulf-front condo in quiet Palm Beach Club. Located at the far end of Fort Pickens Road, this quiet association is a great place to relax. You'll be far away from the hustle and bustle of the main area of the beach to not be bothered by any noise, but close enough to go and have a great time. During the spring and summer seasons just hop on the free trolley and head down to Fort Pickens National Park for a day of history, or the other way to Casino Beach to catch some rays, shop and eat delicious seafood! Wherever your daytime adventures take you, the evening hours will be quiet and cozy with plenty of space to spread out. The master bedroom boasts a beautiful king-size bed and a view of the Gulf while the second bedroom offers a queen size bed. The kids will love sleeping in the sunroom on the two futons. This condo has a new germicidal UV indoor air purification system. Don't miss out!

Close to the beach, and because of the location the beach is not as crowded as other areas we saw. Also close to bay swimming. The condo was really nice and all of the amenities were great. So much space to relax. We would love to come back to the same place again in the future.

My stay was very exciting. The host was wonderful and provided us with everything that we needed . The photos looks great but in person looks even better!!!! Everything was so up to date, organized clean and most of All we were very comfortable. I would stay here any day. We really enjoyed the stay.

Great unit, beautiful, comfortable & in a great area! Easy access to the beach! We enjoyed the balcony facing the Gulf and could also see the waves. We needed help getting in and the onsite staff came right away! Was actually our fault we couldn’t get in, lol . Then the morning we left we received a nice little parting treat. Would definitely come back!!

Lovely property - decorated well, clean, has upscale fixtures and appliances. It had everything we needed and you can tell it is well maintained. Washer and dryer were clean and in good condition. It was comfortable and enjoyable - so much so that we decided to stay an additional night rather than head home. We like to stay away from the crowded areas and enjoy going to Ft. Pickens. This condo was in the perfect location for that! Also, the management company was top notch. Welcomed us upon arrival and gave us many good tips. We will definitely be back!

Our family loved this condo. It was beautiful. Very clean. The beds were very comfortable. (Which is important to me because on one vacation I actually had to leave a day early because my back and neck were in so much pain from the bed). It was in a quiet area. I felt very safe in this area with my 2 younger children. It was a great location because you could choose the ocean or the bay side. The pool was very nice with a great view of the bay and the temperature was perfect. I really appreciated someone from Surfside Properties meeting us when we first arrived to get us in the condo. Thanks for a wonderful stay! If we ever decide to do the trip to Florida again, we will definitely be coming back!

Location was perfect. We loved that it was a short walk from the Gulf Side to the Sound Side. The property was very clean and cozy. Check in was easy. I would love to stay again!

Property is every bit as beautiful in person as the photos. It is tastefully decorated with a coastal touch but not over the top making it feel high end. (Loved the cotton robes after a shower.) Everything you need is there to relax, make dinner (with quality dinnerware, pots, etc.) and easily walk across the street to the beach or out the back to the pool to look out across the sound. The buildings and grounds are freshly painted, clean and updated. We were greeted upon arrival by the management company but never needed their assistance (thankfully). It was a very anniversary trip and I'd definitely book this condo again!

This property exceeded all my expectations and then some! It was immaculate and located in the best spot! The host were very responsive and upon our checkout left us a bag of goodies and a very sweet and much appreciated note! I will stay at this property EVERY TIME! This place was perfect!

Beautiful condo spacious master bedroom. The only issues I found was while straightening the couch cushions I found food and a cigarette lighter so not cleaned there. Also the screens on the patio doors were sticky and I was always afraid they would come off track.
