Amazing property with great location- fenced in yard is great for pets and very walkable to restaurants, breweries, bars, and shops downtown. Plenty of lake access and hiking trails within a short drive as well.

New Years Get Away

We wanted a get away for New Years this year and this was the perfect spot! Very clean and roomy & there were a lot of other kitchen / coffee supplies than anticipated which was great and the host left a beautiful bottle of wine-very nice touch!

Stayed for a wedding!

We had a lovely stay! Very close to everything downtown. Neighbor was rude and made everyone feel uncomfortable for the first few days but other than that our stay was perfect.

Rest and Wineries

this property served us well. Very close to all the wineries around Seneca lake. The host were so very nice and left us a welcome note and a bottle of wine which was delicious. We will definitely stay again

walking distance to the village, great shops and restaurants. Close to waterfalls and hiking trails. Neighbor was the only issue, minded their business but not friendly. House was lovely

Nice Place, Tilts in the Back

Great place in the city area of Penn Yan. It does lean a lot in the back of the building, so be aware of that in the back bedroom. Very clean and more space than my son and I needed. But, enjoyed all the room.

We had a lovely time in Penn yan for a friends wedding. 7 of us stayed and there was plenty of room! The neighbor was not very friendly and made us uncomfortable for the first few days, but other than that our stay was perfect.

Great to be back!

We stayed at this house 3 years ago and enjoyed it just as much this time! It’s close to Main St in Penn Yan which has shops, restaurants, and local coffee spots. It’s easy to get to the water and hiking trails. The house is clean and spacious! You must be able to handle stairs. The yard is fenced and great for my dog! And the owner is easy to contact and communicate with! Definitely recommend!

Great place, not so great neighbor

Overall this house is in a great neighborhood, the house is super nice, the fenced in yard was great for my dog. Again, loved the house and location. Very clean and easy to find/get into. The only negative thing about this place is as soon as we got there and stepped out of our car the neighbor began to heckle and insult us for being there; as well as constantly watching us. Again the rental itself is amazing, there is ample space, it is clean, and in a nice area.

Exactly as advertised

The place is exactly as shown. Plenty of room, nicely furnished, all bed comfortable. Plenty of towels for all. Washer / Dryer in basement. Plenty of parking and on a large lot. Able to walk to local restaurants and town. Worth the price. Would stay there again if in area. Very peaceful neighborhood. .
