Located in the heart of Finger Lakes wine country, Long Point Retreat is the ideal couple's getaway! This newly built vacation home offers all the comforts of home and tranquility of a desirable weekend away.

Inside, the bright and airy kitchen greets you with white cabinetry and expansive granite counter tops. The open floor plan allows for enjoying a drink and conversation while meals are being prepared. The island top sitting area is sure to be the place for many conversations with friends and family. Just off the kitchen is a formal wooden dining table, set for eight.

The living area is home to an oversized and comfortable sofa and allows you to enjoy the wooden view outside, or enjoy your favorite Netflix shows by logging into your personal account.

Off the dining and living area you'll enjoy a raised deck area with tabletop seating. Enjoy grilling out and the scenery of any season.

Four bedrooms are yours to choose from while staying at Long Point Retreat. Three of the four bedrooms can be found upstairs, with one of the two full bathrooms.

Downstairs, you'll find the fourth bedroom and second full bath. A bonus living area and kitchenette make vacation retreating easy.

The patio just off the bonus living area offers a hot tub with a privacy fence. Enjoy a dip in the warm water year round! Guests of all ages and their furry pups are sure to feel at home when you stay at Long Point Retreat.

American Bald Eagles and Ospreys nest nearby and can often be seen flying overhead. While visiting the area you'll be within a five-minute drive to award winning wineries and breweries such as Anthony Road Winery, Torrey Ridge Winery and Climbing Bines Brewer. Nearby restaurants include Ports Café and Veraisons – both are a local treat! For the nature lover, the Keuka Lake Outlet Trail is just north and is the perfect way to walk your way from Seneca Lake to Keuka Lake. One getaway to this beautiful home will have you wanting to stay Long Point Retreat again and again.

Occupancy: This property is closely monitored for responsible renting. The maximum occupancy of each home is the number of guests allowed on the premises at any given time. This includes both day and overnight guests as well as all children including infants.

Note:
1. You will receive an email upon confirmation with a link to our Guest License Agreement which is a copy of our Rental Rules that must be signed and returned within 7 days of receiving.
2. Smoking is not allowed in any rental property. This includes vaping and e-cigarettes.
3. Homes are not handicap accessible, unless stated in the description.
4. Air conditioning is not available unless listed as an amenity. If available, air conditioning is considered a seasonal amenity and is only available May 15 - October 15.
5. Homes are not guaranteed allergen-free, even those that do not allow pets.
6. Docking is not guaranteed if water levels are low and/or high due to seasonal weather and climate changes.
7. Outdoor amenities, including furniture, watercraft, and firepit are not available between October 15 - May 15.
8. 2 dogs allowed maximum and $100 plus tax non-refundable pet fee applies per dog.

Beautiful house, spacious, pristine, comfortable and looked brand new! Air conditioning worked great. Airy open concept kitchen, dining room, family room. Comfortable bedrooms and 2 nice size bathrooms with powder room off the kitchen. Accommodated our group of 4 couples very well. Easy access and door code worked well. Easy checkout. Host quickly returned my phone call and accommodated my request.
