  • Villa Safia a lovely spacious 2 bedroom villa situated in Coral Bay with both sea and mountain views. Perfect for families or couples It offers spacious open plan accommodation. There is a lovely private garden with mature plants and palms with off road parking, the outside dining area is covered by a pergola with bougainvillea growing over to provide shade plus it is fully enclosed offering total safety from the pool for little ones.. There is a charcoal barbecue for alfresco dining. Shops,restaurants,bars, and supermarket are all within a 7 minute walk beaches less than 10 mins walk, and bus stop with a regular service into Paphos and the Water Park. Air-conditioning is included The villa is perfect as its location means no car hire is necessary but should you wish to explore the island we have a local excellent car hire company we use. for you .Cots/highchairs etc can be hired from Kidstravellite a local company. Solar powered hot water system with high pressure pump. Welcome pack included. Staying with us you are eligible to discounts at many tourist attractions and restaurants.

Fantastic Stay

Beautifully spacious villa

We loved the location, close enough to the action but in a quiet road. The property was clean and spacious with a beautiful pool that had pool floats to enjoy. We appreciated the thoughtful touch of welcome food in the fridge to get us going after a long travel day. Would recommend!

The villa has everything you need, we hired a car but there’s a supermarket nearby that will also deliver your shopping. There’s some great pubs too. Coral bay is beautiful, it was our first visit but will definitely be back and would book this villa again if it’s available.

We had a nice stay at this lovely bright and airy villa. The accomodation was just right and great to spend time by the pool relaxing. From booking to check in, was simple and easy. The Villa was in a quiet residential area, if you are looking for a relaxing peaceful holiday, this is the villa for you. It was well equipped, has everything you need. Would highly recommend and will definitely return.

Overall property was in good condition, pool area could do with a bit of a tidy, a few large weeds through cracks in tiles and sunbeds were a bit grubby and greasy so didn't use them. Area nice and quiet overall we had a very good time, none of the things mentioned above detracted from our stay just thought i,d mention them so owner is aware.

Lovely villa, great location

This is a lovely spacious villa surrounded by flowers and fruit trees, there’s plenty of different options outside for sunbathing by the pool, dining and having a relaxing drink in the evening. The villa is immaculately clean with everything you could possibly need on a self catering holiday, only 10 minutes walk to beach and 20 minute walk to Porto Antico best restaurant around. Around 20 minute stroll to main supermarket which has a butchers, fish counter and deli/cheese counter they also has a free taxi service to take you back to the villa and a regular bus service to Paphos harbour so a car is not necessary. Overall a lovely relaxing holiday location.

Lovely Villa, great location.

Really enjoyed our stay, the Villa is really lovely and very spacious with wrap around gardens so there was always somewhere to sit to get the sun, pool area is really good for sunbathing, eating and evening drinks. Really nice quiet location, easy walk to nearest beach, restaurant and mini market, slightly longer (1k) walk to Porto Antico restaurant but worth it, fabulous food and service with very friendly staff. Philippos hypermarket is about 20 mins walk but they have a fantastic free taxi service and take you and your shopping back to the Villa, good regular bus service into Paphos too so you don’t need to hire a car unless you want to explore further afield. Would definitely recommend a stay at this Villa.

Excellent holiday

Villa Safia is light bright and airy, tastefully furnished and very well equipped with lovely gardens, terrace area and pool. It’s well located for a short walk to a beach and 20 minute walk to Coral Bay strip with restaurants etc. it was very hot throughout our stay so we didn’t explore as much as we should have but tried 3 different restaurants and regularly used a lovely one overlooking the sea. Lisa, our host, went above and beyond in making sure everything was perfect with prompt communication, arranging airport transfers, a hotel for the day awaiting our late return flight, and even bought us some wine for our late arrival. Highly recommend this lovely villa.

We have just had a lovely, relaxing two weeks holiday at Villa Safia. The villa was spacious with everything you need for a home from home holiday. We cannot think of anything else we needed. The swimming pool was excellent and we made good use of it. There were different seating areas where you could stay in the shade or in the sunshine for sunbathing. Everything worked in the Villa, the wifi was excellent. We had no problem with the washing machine or any of the other appliances. There was a bonus of a welcome pack which came in very handy as we had a late arrival. Lisa arranged our airport transfers at a reasonable price and a excellent service. We also hire a car and got a discount for staying at Villa Safia,it was dropped off and picked up from the property, another good service. We would definitely recommend Villa Safia for a peaceful and relaxing holiday.

Fantastic villa and location..not far from the nearby tavernas,bars and supermarkets and approx 1 mile from Coral bay strip with all its attractions. Lisa and Felix had left us a welcome selection of food and bottled water which got us started, which was very welcome and a lovely touch. The villa has everything you could possibly need and even lemon and lime trees in the garden !! Pool was fantastic and we enjoyed lazy days cooling down after the sunbathing. For us a perfect location and wonderful villa on a fantastic island and we wouls and will stay again when we next come to Cyprus. supermarkets band very prlllnearby

We had an amazing holiday staying here. Lisa communicated brilliantly with us from the initial booking to our return home. We arrived late on the first day of our stay to find the fridge stocked with essentials which was a lovely gesture. Thank you Lisa. The Villa itself was spacious and very clean. The outdoor pool area was perfect and a little sun trap. No need to visit the beach but if you do want to - it is only a 10 minute walk to the beautiful Coralia beach which always had available sun beds to hire and every facility. The Villa is very close to bars and restaurants. We particularly enjoyed ‘Legends’. The main Coral Bay high street with many different types of restaurants and bars is a little further away - 20 minute walk but comes alive on an evening from about 8pm. We also hired a car so we’re able to visit lots of places around and about. However, there are buses to Pathos which you can catch just a couple of minute’s walk from the Villa. The pool was hoovered and cleaned midway through our stay and bedding and towels were changed. We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this villa. Thank you to Lisa and her team.
