Living Spaces
This single-story, 1,898 sf home has a spacious interior with an abundance of natural light, leading seamlessly to the secluded, private back yard. The living room has a gas fireplace for cool evenings and a wifi-enabled Smart TV (guests should bring their logins for their own streaming subscriptions).

Kitchen and Dining
The fully-equipped kitchen flows gracefully into the dining area.

Bedrooms and Bathrooms
Bedroom #1 has a king bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and a separate standing shower.
Bedroom #2 has a king bed, a TV and an en-suite bathroom with a standing shower.
Bedroom #3 has a full bed and a TV.
Bedroom #4 has a full bed.
The full hall bathroom has a standing shower.

Please note that all TVs in the home are wifi-enabled Smart TVs and guests should bring their logins for their own streaming subscriptions for programming.

A washer and dryer are on hand for guest use.

Parking for 2 vehicles in the garage and 3 more vehicles in the driveway.

This home is a monthly rental and we request that all nights of your stay are within the same calendar month. Some exceptions may be possible, with the approval of our team and the homeowner.
