Stress Free Vacation

Property was very clean and well equipped. Spent time at the pool and the beach. Was close to good restaurants and shopping. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Pawleys Island

We enjoyed the home very much. The decor was up to date and the kitchen had all the tools we needed, but we did miss having a Keurig. The neighborhood is beautiful and brought back fond memories from when my parents lived there. We would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable

We stayed there with our 2 teens, there was plenty of room to spread out. Check in was very easy. The unit was very clean and the community pool was quiet and very family friendly.

Amazing house on a beautiful Golf Resort. Close to the beach (5min) by car. Litchfield by the Sea is a beautiful beach that is part of the community. Love love everything about it.

Wonderful Stay!!

Beautiful home on the golf course with all the amenities that you may need or want. Location is great with everything nearby. Owner was such a sweetheart with our questions. The access to Litchfield by the Sea was the icing on the cake. Will definitely be back!

Perfect locaftion and Condo.

This is the 2nd year in a row staying at this condo. It is located in the best location (on a golf course) and in a gated community. The premise has all the amenities that you would find at your own place.

Tranquil serenity

Loved this property- beautiful interior , very clean. Just as pictures show . Peaceful nights - not many neighbors as I guess this is not peak time . This home is just what we needed , away from work and home. Loved it

The location was located within a gated community. The house was perfect. Comfort and ammenities were amazing. Highly recommended. Great communication from the owner/management company. 5 star in all categories.

GOOD

Accommodations were Comfortable, Clean, Beautiful, with plenty of space for family of 6 and a baby! The negatives were: navigating in and out of complex was very confusing and staff at gate were not helpful at all.

Fabulous Stay

I can't say enough about this property. Beautifully decorated with so many special touches. It's tucked away in a quiet neighborhood right on the golf course, but with easy access to shopping and restaurants. The best of both worlds. Management company is incredibly responsive, some of the best I've experienced as a traveler. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay

We really enjoyed our stay last week in this beautiful, clean and well kept unit. It’s very nicely and comfortably equipped. We found everything we needed for our stay. We also loved the easy access to the pool and beach. The golfers in our family loved watching the early golfers as we enjoyed our coffee and breakfast. Our contact, McKayla, went out of her way to get all our questions answered before we arrived. Thank you so much McKayla and the entire Evolve team.

Perfect location

We loved the location of this condo. We enjoyed biking and walking. We felt very safe at all times. It was a clean, bright, comfortable and well decorated condo. The kitchen had everything we needed. The owner was responsive. The cable tv was a little tricky to figure out, but we did learn out to use it eventually. Washer and dryer conveniently located on dirt floor.

Nice condo

The condo was very nice and everything we expected. Check in at the gate did not go as expected because staff was not given correct reservation information. Very disappointed with the reservation process. Made a reservation through the VRBO site and was quoted a price. I accepted that price and entered into a contract for that price. At the time of final payment Evolve Management charged me a final payment which brought the total above the contracted price. I was passed between Evolve and VRBO trying to correct the problem which was created by them but ended up being forced to pay the higher price. In my opinion this was fraudulent activity.🔎
