The kitchen has granite countertops, updated cabinets and stainless appliances. The island has seating for 2 and the breakfast bar seats 3. The primary suite also opens to the covered balcony, and it has a private bathroom with walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combo. You'll have that beachy feeling inside as well as outside on the balcony of this condo. Take in the sunrises over the ocean and moonlit skies in the evenings. This is a perfect spot for special memories of your vacation to Litchfield Beach. Enjoy an amazing oceanfront pool complex at Bridgewater with the pools, hot tub and lazy river. Guests have access to Bridgewater and Litchfield by the Sea amenities - ramped beach access, tennis courts, and more.

Shorter Stays may be available last minute.
Monthly Winter Rentals may be available during the off-season.
Monthly rentals have Housekeeping and optional Linen Packages provided for an additional cost.

No Smoking. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.

Linens are provided for vacation rentals up to 3 weeks long! Just show up, and beds will be made with fresh sheets and pillowcases. Bath towels, bath mats, washcloths, hand towels, and dish towels are included.

Current Pool Information- Hours & Rules. This condo has access to all of the Bridgewater Pools and beach accesses.
*Please note children in swim diapers are only allowed in the kiddie pool.

CANCELLATION & TRANSFER requests must be in writing. Payments cannot be transferred and Guest may not assign or sublease. All refunds that are not covered by insurance are subject to the property and dates being re-rented. If re-rented for less money, the shortage will be deducted from your total. The balance (less insurance premium, reservation fee, and 10% of Rent) will be refunded.
