The living room has a comfortable couch with table and a modern flat screen TV. There is also a dining table with chairs. The small pantry kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, grill and fridge. The bedroom has a comfortable double bed with bedside tables and reading lamps and a wardrobe. Upon arrival, the beds are already made with linen. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, toilet and sink.   On the sun terrace in front of the apartment you will find table and chairs.

The house is quiet, to the kilometer-long, fine sandy beach on the Baltic Sea is about 19 km. The small town Patzig is centrally located on Rügen and near the city of Bergen and the natural stage Ralswiek, where the annual Störtebekerfestspiele take place. The object also includes a meadow with fruit trees. In the surrounding area there are numerous cycling and hiking trails as well as restaurants and shops. Parking is available directly at the house. Rental bikes can be brought directly to the object on request. It is about 500 meters to the public transport bus stop.

Arrivals are possible from 16:00 to 19:00 and departures from 07:00 to 10:00.
