Pool house in the park, 7km from the sandy beaches (C)

Pretty holiday home, stylishly renovated about ten years ago and idyllically located in a large park with pool inside a medieval town in southern Salento. The house is completely on the ground floor and has approx. 55 square meters of living space as well as a private garden, partially shaded or with terrace tiles, of an additional approx. 100 square meters.

The house has a bedroom, a bathroom with shower (accessible from the bedroom) and a living and dining room with a kitchenette. There is a double sofa bed in the living room. The size and layout are ideal for a couple or a small family with 1-2 children.

The house is air-conditioned (cold or warm, depending on the season), has mosquito nets on the windows and free unlimited WiFi, fast enough for most remote working needs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, coffee maker (French press) and cooking utensils.

The house is located on a very large property and is connected to three other buildings. As a guest of the facility, you can use the pool (approx. 14 x 4 meters) and relax in the park this extends over 2000 square meters with palm trees and Mediterranean vegetation, a bar corner, toilets, a spacious grill corner with outdoor tables and shady benches.

There are a maximum of 22 additional guests in the entire facility. The property is large enough that enough space and privacy can be ensured for everyone. Your house is one of the middle ones; If necessary, you can rent additional residential units for friends or family members. House D is directly adjacent and connected by an optional connecting door between the living rooms the ideal solution if you want to invite a couple of friends with up to two children.

Our property is located in the historic center of the picturesque village of Patù, only 7 km from the long, golden sandy beaches of the Ionian Sea (e.g. Torre Vado, Pescoluse and the “Salentine Maldives”). When you leave the entrance gate you will find yourself in the lively streets of the town, where cafes, restaurants and several shops can be reached on foot in a few minutes.

Free parking is available directly outside the property on the (quiet) side street.

We will be happy to advise you in English before and during your stay.





Sheets, duvets and towels are not included. If you don't want to bring them with you from home, regardless of the length of your stay, you can rent them for €26 per person.

Final cleaning is not included and costs €80, unless you clean yourselves before departure.

Pets are NOT allowed in this property.

We will ask you to pay a security deposit of €400 before arrival. The security deposit will be refunded within 7 days after departure, if there is no damage.

Electricity costs (and thus where applicable AC, hot water, heating etc.) are NOT included in the price and will be charged based on your actual consumption. The price per kWh charged to guests was €0,28 on 19/01/2026, when this text was last updated. Prices may slightly change over time.

By booking this accommodation, you accept that:

We are obliged by law to verify the identity of all our guests. We will therefore ask you to upload copies of your IDs on our (secure) website to verify your identity before handing out the key code for the accommodation. Your personal data is treated in full compliance with EU data protection laws.

Also, we are obliged to sign a rental agreement with our guests (one person per group). This will be done digitally and requires just a few seconds on your side. You can find a template of the rental agreement on our website.

Parties, gatherings, events or loud music are not allowed at this property unless explicitly authorised beforehand by us in writing.

In case the local municipality charges a tourist tax, we will ask you to pay this separately to us and we will transfer it to the local authorities as required by law.

Please note that, like for all houses in Italy, the power allowance of the house is limited and you might not be able to always use all electric appliances simultaneously. No need to worry: most guests don't even notice this limitation.

Unlimited wifi is included in the price for normal use. Fair use policies might apply. Please note that we cannot guarantee any specific connection speed nor coverage across all rooms in the building. We're happy to provide more details upon request.
