Malecon Beach House with beautiful backyard. Steps from the Caribbean ocean.

Villa Pesquera is a beautiful beach and fishing town area located in Patillas. This popular location called the Malecon, has public showers, bathrooms, volleyball court, kids playground, boat ramp, restaurants, 6 kiosks (walk-up bars), outdoor beach rentals, fresh fish and a nature reserve you can explore. This rental is for the first entire floor that contains 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, 1/2 outdoor bath, full kitchen, livingroom, private entrance, secure gated private parking for 1 car and an amazing backyard with outdoor fireplace, BBQ, and bar. The upstairs unit is for my wife and me. We are here to help our guest if needed. We have a beautiful English Bull dog, if you like to meet her just let us know.

This property also has a working microbrewery we operate. This is a private brewery and you will not need to worry about people showing up. You are welcome to try a sample and relax in our beautiful backyard.

This area comes to life on the weekends and can get loud at night. Even loud cars can drive thru the area at times; it is a normal part of the Puerto Rican culture. If you prefer a clamer experiance, Monday thru Thursday are better days to explore this beatiful area.

The property is only for the guest on the reservation, we do not allow extra family or friends to visit you while you are staying here. We prefer to keep the experiance you purchased for just you and those staying with you.

Once you are here, you will only be steps from the Caribbean ocean, calm beaches, kiosk and more. We hope to see you soon.

The owners are so nice, their place exceded our expectations in cleanliness, and space for our family, it's close to the beach, with a Playground for the kids.The landscaping is beautiful. The beach is grand, but tranquil. Lot's of entertainment around and in the house. They have board games, and life-vests. They really thought of everything!. A real nice, safe place to stay.

Delightful stay in delightful house

My friend and I were looking for a lovely, relaxing house from which to take day trips around PR...this beach house was perfect. Clean, cute, with an amazing back yard full of beautiful plants. The hosts, Peter and Liamm, were wonderful -- very responsive to questions about where we should go, restaurants, etc., but also very conscientious about our privacy. Would definitely book again!

Beautiful oasis

This was an amazing place. The hosts were wonderful and easy to communicate with. We spent more time outside enjoying the wonderful yard. Loved walking the preserve at the end of the road. This location was less touristy than other places we stayed. The frappes at the end of the road were a daily treat. We were very satisfied with our stay.

Beautiful property

Very clean and cozy. A great place to stay in Patillas and enjoy the beach and natural reserve in walking distance. Loved all the things available around without the need of using the car. Communication with host was great!

What a gem

Pete and Liamm’s place is perfect to unwind. It is well equipped with everything you need but more than that, it is just a very relaxing place. There are shells and plants everywhere and it’s just beautiful. It’s also in a great area for local bars and restaurants and a good jumping off spot for exploring. Pete and Liamm We’re both super nice too.

Beautiful - Sweet Spot

The property was so sweet. We absolutely loved it. Pete and Liamm were so helpful, kind and considerate. I had a full moon fire ceremony to conduct and thought their fireplace in the backyard would work beautifully, however with it being on a week the music form the Malecon was too loud. Pete and Liamm suggested a place on the beach that ended up being perfect. Their assistance was exceptional. When we go again, we will be sure to book during the week to avoid the loud music of the weekend.

Great House! Great Area!

Puerto Rico is a beautiful place and this house is a perfect place for you to stay off the touristy areas. The neighborhood is safe and authentic. The local restaurants have good food and drinks (Cash Only).

Absolutely magnificent stay!

This was our 11 year old daughter's first trip to the island. We spent a short time after our arrival walking around Old San Juan. From there, we headed to Patillas. Malecon Beach House was slightly difficult to locate on our first time in, but Pete promptly answered the phone when we called and guided us to their property (less than a minute away. He and his wife Liamm were both there to greet us. They gave us the rundown on the property and offered suggestions for things to do. The pictures of the property don't do it justice. They have made an absolute oasis of the back yard. Between explorations we loved hanging out there. They made us feel very welcome without being overbearing. Wish we had stayed longer to have some more time hanging out and talking with them. Liamm is a talented artist. This was awesome to find out as our daughter is also a great artist. My wife and I aren't sure where that came from as we can't even draw stick figures. Pete pointed us in the direction of the nature preserve beach for some fantastic shell finds. Liamm volunteered and spent time working with our daughter to show her how to make wind chimes from some of the treasures we found on the beach. This part of the Island is a small, tightknit community. Everyone we ran into, both at locations the hosts suggested and others that we just stumbled on, were very nice. We would absolutely recommend not just this part of the Island, but this property without any question!

Beautiful house and gardens

This is a wonderful place to stay. The inside of the house was clean, functional, and attractive, but it was really the outside of the house that we loved so much. There are several places outside you can hang out and enjoy the gardens and relax. We enjoyed the food at Calixto just around the corner. The Kiosks were alive with music and karaoke our first night. Pete and Liamm were excellent hosts. If we come back to Puerto Rico, we would love to stay here again!

Wonderful stay!

Wonderful place to stay with family. Being in such a great neighborhood made it even better. Be sure to check out the restaurants and bars within walking distance from the house, very friendly crowds! Pete and Liamm were really friendly and easy to communicate with. If staying in Patillas again, we would choose to stay here!

Pete and Liam were great hosts, communicated easily, were helpful, quick responding. Great outdoor space and many amenities were provided- beach chairs and beach rolls, cooler….. indoor space as described. Recommend a car if staying awhile.. One of our better Vrbo experiences

Quick Stay

We visited Patillas for a quick stay. The place was clean, nicely appointed, comfortable and the locals were very friendly. Peter & Lliam were also great to work with and very accommodating. We wish we had more time to stay longer. You cannot beat watching the sunset across the street, just gorgeous!
