Enjoy life with MARVELOUS MIDCENTURY, located on the desirable west side of downtown Paso Robles. Take pleasure in both vintage and modern conveniences. 2 Bedrooms & 2 full Bathrooms with walk-in showers, Sleeps 4.

This home is located just 5 blocks from the Town Center, take an easy walk to the famed Paso Robles restaurants and downtown wineries. Gourmet kitchen and outdoor living with patio area & spa. This is truly a wonderfully different home, and the perfect spot to explore the Central Coast.  This is the sister (and neighboring home) to MIDCENTURY MANOR, so get a few groups of people together and rent them both!

This home features a stylish midcentury modern living space with a mix of vintage and modern furnishings. The living room has a couch & chair and features a 70" Smart TV.  The dining room is just steps away in a separate casita for an intimate dining experience. The kitchen is small, but big in all the right ways! Professional Wolf range and stainless appliances.  Small appliances include Wolf toaster oven, Keurig duo coffee maker, Nespresso espresso machine, Insta-pot pressure cooker, Kitchen Aid stand mixer, blender, food processor, popcorn popper, & toaster. Enjoy setting the table using the luxury cookware, glassware and dishes. Both bedrooms feature King size beds and smart TVs. The full bathrooms include  custom expansive, walk-in showers, luxury towels and bathroom supplies. There is a full laundry room with washer, dryer, iron, ironing board and steamer. The outdoor backyard space features a 4 person spa, seating area and fire pit, or grill it up on the gas BBQ.  Also enjoy Board games, books, & bluetooth speaker. Guest amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi, laundry facilities and private parking. Shampoo, soaps, paper products, towels, and linens are provided. Everything you need for a perfect getaway! This home is easily accessible to Hwy 101 and only 5 minutes away from downtown Paso Robles. Walk to the Downtown Tasting Rooms, or feel free to take a quick drive to explore the other 200+ wineries that Paso wine country has to offer! Indulge yourself at one of the many restaurants in downtown Paso Robles. From farm-to-table concepts to wine pairing with meals, you are sure to have a fine dining experience!

This home is NOT pet friendly. There are NO pets allowed. Guests who bring a pet will be asked to leave as well as incur a Five Hundred dollar fine.

We absolutely loved our stay here!! Clean, quiet yet we could easily walk to town center. This place has all high end kitchen appliances, nice dinnerware , the fixtures for both kitchen and bath are top of the line. We played cards in the other buildiing. Made some meals there and enjoyed some cocktails which can add up to great savings in the world we live in today! We would def stay there again!! Weee

This home was immaculate and exactly as advertised, with every amenity one could think of or want. The kitchen was well-stocked, the bedrooms were clean with comfortable beds and soft sheets, and the bathrooms were beautifully upgraded. The shower heads had strong water pressure, which felt like such a luxury! The location was close to downtown (walking distance) and parking was not a problem. This is an excellent place to stay in the Paso Robles area!

The property is very clean, great location, well stock with everything to have meals, and be comfortable. I was surprised how well everything flowed in a smaller square footage house but the 2 bathrooms, outdoor fire pit, and standalone dining room worked perfectly! Its location is great!!

The house is just as described. It was perfect for two couples. Clean and had everything you need for a comfortable stay. We walked in to town in the mornings for breakfast. Very safe. And walked into to town for dinner. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again in the future. Thanks for letting us enjoy your house.

This is our second time staying here for a visit to Paso! We absolutely love the location and the rental has everything we need for a long weekend stay, plus an amazing outdoor area, which we loved using for sipping morning coffee and sharing some of our favorite wines in the evenings.

2 couples for a 2 night stay. MM is well stocked, very comfortable and centrally located. We were concerned about noise, it was NOT an issue! Bedrooms on opposite sides of house was perfect for individual/couples down time.

The unit was so very cute and was consistent with the vrbo photos. We also liked the ease in parking and were able to walk to dinner each evening. Great area of Paso. The unit is tiny however makes very efficient use of the space so it was not limiting. We ran out of time to try out the hot tub but the fire pit area was great for while we were hitting some emails. We would stay here again!

This property was updated, well-stocked, clean and very convenient to wineries, restaurants, etc. Perfect for two couples with separate bedrooms, bathrooms for each. The separate casita is nice as an extra quiet space. Highly recommend! Greg

This was possibly the best rental house experience I’ve ever had. The house is so cozy, clean, and comfortable. The owners have thought of everything, the house is so well appointed and has everything you could need. While small, the house has a great layout and all the spaces are so comfy. The beds are amazing and the showers are excellent! We really enjoyed the hot tub after a day of wine tasting. The location is ideal, just a short walk to downtown and lots of restaurants. We so enjoyed our time at the house, and I hope to stay again whenever I return to Paso Robles.

The cottage is down a driveway and beside a large tree. The layout is that of a cottage complete with a dining area in glass two steps out the front door. The TVs are everywhere and exceptionally large. The names on the appliances are high end. The beds are truly king that you melt into. A truly well designed, well appointed cozy cottage.
