  • The Hilltop Cottage is perched on a rolling hill less than five minutes from downtown Paso Robles. This cozy home is the perfect escape to unwind and recharge in wine country. It is a 1 bedroom, 1 bath home just a couple miles drive to award winning wineries, downtown tasting rooms, craft breweries, farm to table restaurants, local boutiques and so much more. Relax in the quaint outdoor space or spend a day exploring the town. Sleeps 2 guests.

    About the space:
    This inviting 1 bedroom cottage features a dedicated bar space for dining, a kitchenette and a bedroom with an attached bathroom. The kitchenette features a hot plate, mini fridge, large sink and all the kitchenware needed to enjoy a meal in. Small appliances include a Keurig coffee maker, microwave, toaster and hot water kettle. Enjoy a cozy breakfast at the dining bar overlooking the serene outdoors.

    The bedroom has a king size bed, smart TV, a reading nook with two comfy club chairs, a dedicated workspace and ensuite bathroom. The bathroom is equipped with a hair dryer, luxury towels, shampoo/conditioner/body wash, hand soap, makeup washcloths and more.

    The outdoor space is expansive! Featuring a firepit underneath festive string lights which is the ideal spot to open a bottle of wine or BBQ dinner at the adjacent gas BBQ. Or sit back on the deck with Adirondack chairs or the picnic table overlooking the stunning view from the hilltop. The best place to watch the sunset! Finish the evening with a round of corn hole.

    Note: No washer/dryer

    Pet Policy:
    One dog weighing 45lbs or less is allowed with approval. Breed restrictions may apply. Please do NOT leave pup unattended in the yard while you are exploring Paso.

    This home is located five minutes from the downtown Paso Robles square. A few miles away from the best craft breweries, wine tasting rooms, charming coffee shops, restaurants and local gift shops. This place is a gem! The property is gorgeous, private, and peaceful. It felt like being at a retreat center. There were so many hospitable touches in the home--snacks, robes, and everything needed for a beach day (ice chest, towels, chairs). Downtown Paso is minutes away. We will be back for sure. Thanks again for a comfortable and refreshing stay.

The Hilltop Cottage is a lovely place to stay while in Paso and is convenient to many different locations in Wine Country. We enjoyed the multitude of outdoor spaces designed to relax and hang out in, especially the firepit area, and the beautiful views of the surrounding Paso hillsides. Our dog, Grace, felt right at home, too. The hosts have gone to great lengths to meet every need a guest could possibly have. Be advised there is not a ton of space for luggage. If you have weekend-size bags, you will not be cramped, but large suitcases could be a bit more challenging to accommodate. While there is no closet, there are many hooks in which to hang jackets, purses, etc. The bathroom is petite, but well-appointed. We felt strangely comfortable staying here and would definitely return.

Just Right Fit

It was a quaint, peaceful place for my hubby and I to connect, play cards on picnic bench, relax at the fire pit, watch the sunset, and refresh on our little getaway. Nicole & Tressa know just what guests are hoping for and exceed expectations, including providing chairs for us to go to local concert in patk, a welcome snack basket, and communication as needed.

Quaint Cottage

Our stay at Hilltop cottage was great. It was perfect for our weekend in Paso. Cottage was very clean and nicely decorated. Bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the patio with wine and appetizers. Location was close to town (5 min). We would definitely stay again!

Wonderful private tiny home

We loved this place. Beautiful deck area. Comfy bed. Plenty of amenities. Above the city with view of surrounding mountains. Private gated entry. It IS small (400 sf) but perfect for 2 people relaxing at end of day's adventures.

Cozy cottage in the heart of Paso

The cottage was just delightful! It was cozy and well appointed with all the amenities needed for a few nights. The location was very close to downtown and wine country and it was also very private and in a nice neighborhood. We highly recommend this place and we would stay again! Also, the bed and linens were SOO comfy!!!!

Cute cottage in a great location!

My wife and I enjoyed two nights in the cottage. It was clean, very comfortable and a short drive to downtown Paso Robles. The host was extremely responsive and the check-in process was beyond easy. This is a spot that we would definitely stay in again if heading to the Central Coast. Highly recommended.

This place is a beautiful gem. When we walked in it was love at first sight. Clean, cozy, and classy. Tucked in a nice secluded gated area, yet close to all the wonderfulness Paso Robles has to offer. We plan on making this our anniversary get away.
