"Very nice place"

"Friendly staff, rooms clean and comfortable."

"Excellent service, great location, great food, nice gym."

"My wife and I travel to Knoxville a few times a year to attned concerts at the Tennessee Theater - and typically have dinner at the Vida restaurant pre-show. This trip we decided to stay downtown for dinner and the show. The hotel is great. Well maintained, clean and the rooms are sizable and comfortable, Location is fantastic for the Tenn. Theater.......maybe a 5 minute walk. Exceptionally convenient. The hotel has it's own parking lot for guests - and fee is $25 a night. Again, cheaper...

"Ryan was a machine managing such a chaotic weekend! Go Vols!"

"Staff is excellent, location is great. It’s been my regular experience when rooms are booked through a third party such as Expedia, hotels assign the least desirable rooms on the property. Property is great overall but the rooms at this property are very dated. Bathrooms are very small. Beds are clean and comfortable. Complimentary water bottles in the room are provided for a cost unless you have status with their loyalty program. I would stay here again but only when the rates are more...

"We wewre not made aware the gym was not in order and i travel depending on just that.. Otherwise a good location"

"The hotel itslf seemed a little on the older side, but the bedroom room was clean. The bathroom needs a fan. Breakfast was great with several choices."
