"Our stay at Sumach House was absolutely amazing! The room looked exactly like the photos, and the host was incredibly responsive and attentive. One thoughtful touch that really stood out was receiving a message at 1 p.m. letting us know our room was ready in case we wanted to check in early. That had never happened to me before, and I really appreciated it!

"We really enjoyed our stay, the customer service was amazing and the place was so clean and easy to access. Even the access to extra essentials if needed was a great plus. The space was just what we needed and we loved having a washer and dryer and small kitchen area, as well as not needing a key card but just using a code to get in/out. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to others!"

"Although Expedia has this property listed, it is not a hotel, you will not be able to access the basic service that any hotel would provide. Be aware that after you have booked this property you will find there is no baggage storage after checkout. The guest will have to drag their suitcase to every event they have planned for the day in Toronto, so in a way major way it was waste of money to stay here"
