"Noise from freeway is relentless ! Not coming back here again"

"We really enjoyed how self contained we were. There were plenty of amenities available if you wished/needed to use them outside of the unit but the kitchen was great. The one complaint we had, and it's a big one, was the noise coming from above us. Maybe they were just heavy walkers but you could clearly hear them stomping around their room from 11pm until after midnight and again in the morning from 4:30am until 6am. This went on for 4 nights and 4 mornings, we tried ear plugs, talked to front...

"Good lobby layout for gathering. Friendly staff."

"Me gustó el lugar porque est a"

"This was an expensive, last minute booking that was very disappointing. I booked two rooms and was given rooms on different floors. My room was not cleaned after the last person vacated. The second room was miraculously on the same room as the first and was adequately clean but the air conditioning did not work in either room."

"Poor coordination"

"Close proximity to BART and amazing good eats everywhere."

"Although our travel was to visit San Francisco City, we decided for a stay outside of the busy streets, the convenience of the hotel, the rooms, suitable and perfect for a family with kids, in general everything was great! Very well recommended"

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The room was not clean as expected, and I found things on the carpet that should have been taken care of before our arrival . The worst part was the unpleasant, metallic smell in the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. The pillows were also very small and not comfortable. Overall, the experience did not meet my expectations, and I would not stay at this hotel again."
