"Customer service was extremely poor. Rashheda was fabulous getting me in early, but that’s it. The amenities were terrible.. one pack of coffee, one sugar and one creamer and that’s all you get in your room. Are you kidding me? You turn on the heater or the air conditioner it’s so loud that you have to turn it off or you can’t hear the TV… no outlets in the bathroom when you’re getting ready to go somewhere. "The hotel was actually built on farmland formerly belonging to a family member. (Small patch of adjacent land still has cows ;-) The area has plenty of amenities and the hotel is clean and comfortable with lovely staff. Wild to see the transformation from rural to suburban. Great safe stop between Waterbury and Hartford. Easy on and off the interstate."
